| Synchronous reluctance motor(SynRM)is a new type of speed-regulating machine firstly developed abroad in recent years.It doesn’t require rare earth permanent magnet materials in its manufacturing,and has many advantages,such as high efficiency,high reliability,and a wide range of speed regulation.It is a research hotspot in the field of the high-efficiency motor.There is not much difference between the stator structure of SynRM and asynchronous motor,and the key difficulty is the design of rotor.There is neither permanent magnet nor winding on the rotor of SynRM.The topology is complex,and there are many adjusting parameters,so it is difficult to accurately optimize the design,which has a great impact on the torque,power factor and other properties of the motor.It restricts the popularization and application of SynRM.To solve the above problems,the structural design of SynRM rotor was studied in this paper.Firstly,the working principle and basic structure of SynRM were studied,and the global research status of SynRM rotor structure design was summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of existing optimization methods and their respective applicable scenarios were analyzed.The mathematical model and finite element model of SynRM were set up.Secondly,aiming at the difficulty of rotor optimization design,a SynRM direct-and quadrature-axis inductance and salient pole ratio analysis calculation method based on equivalent magnetic circuit method was proposed,which could analyze the influence of rotor magnetic barrier structure change on salient pole ratio,and quickly perform SynRM optimized design of the rotor structure,and was compared with the finite element method.Besides,this paper studied the influence of rotor magnetic barrier and magnetic bridge structure on the mechanical performance of the motor.The optimized prototype model was set up,and the modal analysis was carried out,and the influence of the radial electromagnetic force on the vibration and noise of SynRM was analyzed.Finally,according to the above simulation results,a SynRM model machine was designed and manufactured.The test bench was set up with the motor controller.The load experiment was carried out.The performance parameters of the prototype were tested,and the reliability and accuracy of the analysis method proposed in this paper were verified. |
