| At present,small and medium-sized cities are facing severe traffic problems.Problems such as traffic congestion and traffic pollution cannot be effectively solved,making it more and more difficult for residents of small and medium-sized cities to travel,and residents cannot get high-quality travel services.In this environment,prioritizing the development of public transportation and reducing motor vehicle travel are considered effective measures to solve the above problems.However,the development level of traditional public transportation in small and medium cities is limited,and it is difficult to meet the increasing travel needs of residents.The concept of Mobility as a Service(MaaS)is proposed,which provides new ideas for solving traffic problems in small and medium-sized cities.MaaS integrates multiple modes of transportation services,transforms the traveler’s choice of travel mode,and through scientific demand analysis and scheduling,reduces the waste in the travel process,and provides the best travel service for travellers in a complete travel chain,improves the travel efficiency of travelers.The current application research on MaaS is mostly based on large cities.But small and medium-sized cities have their own special traffic characteristics and travel characteristics due to different development situations and regional characteristics.Therefore,this article will analyze the travel service needs of small and medium-sized cities,and conduct research on how to plan and design a MaaS system in small and medium-sized cities.The main research content includes the following aspects:First,the traffic characteristics of small and medium-sized cities are summarized.Based on the travel survey data of residents in Guilin and Beihai,the travel characteristics of residents in small and medium-sized cities are analyzed,and the characteristics of the travel chain of residents in small and medium-sized cities are analyzed too.Based on this,the characteristics of travel service demand in small and medium-sized cities are analyzed,the results show that small and medium-sized cities have a need to build a MaaS system.Secondly,based on the travel characteristics and travel chain characteristics of small and medium-sized cities,combined with the traffic conditions of small and medium-sized cities,classify the travel modes of the MaaS system in small and medium-sized cities.Different influencing factors are selected as variables,and a transportation mode and travel mode selection model based on the travel chain is constructed,and the influence of different factors on the transportation mode and travel mode selection of residents in small and medium-sized cities is studied to determine the different modes of travel for residents in small and medium-sized cities.The results show that the MaaS model constructed in this paper can well cover the travel needs of residents in small and medium-sized cities.Finally,the specific design of the MaaS system of small and medium-sized cities is carried out.First,according to the service functions of the MaaS system,the logical framework and overall physical framework of the MaaS system in small and mediumsized cities are constructed,and then specific planning measures and information safeguard measures for MaaS are proposed.Finally,some suggestions were put forward for the development of MaaS system in small and medium-sized cities. |
