Since 2018,"new infrastructure" has become a hot word for national development;the general office of the State Council has issued the "guidance on accelerating the construction of electric vehicle charging infrastructure"(hereinafter referred to as the "opinions"),and all parts of the country have responded positively,and have issued relevant policies to support the construction of new energy electric vehicles and charging facilities.At present,company a is a wholly-owned subsidiary of gem.Since the construction and operation ofnew energy vehicle charging facilities in July 2014,statistics from the National Energy Administration show that company a occupies 41% of the charging market share in China,and has become the largest charging facilities construction and operation enterprise in China.How to open up new market and consolidate market share in the face of great opportunities and challenges is the direction and goal of company a’s future development.Under the guidance of the theory of service quality,this paper takes company a as the research object,and combines the current development situation of the new energy vehicle charging industry,analyzes the current situation of the charging operation service quality of the company,finds the service quality gap,and provides strong basis and guarantee for the company to improve the service quality.This paper is divided into six parts: expounding the research background and significance,introducing the relevant concepts and tools,summarizing the current situation of the industry in which the research object is located and the basic situation of the company,using the rate index,finding the gap of charging users’ perception of service quality,using the theory of service quality difference model,exploring the way to improve the service quality of charging operation of the company,and the research conclusion And deficiencies.In order to ensure the company’s market share and stabilize the market position.Through this study,focusing on the future development of electric vehicles,through the mutual penetration and full integration of theory and practice,it can provide certain reference significance,enrich the experience related to charging operation service quality of the industry,promote the common development of the industry and enterprises,and achieve win-win results.
