Research On The Coordinated Development Of Land Development And Rail Transit In New Urban Areas

In recent years,many cities have pursued "leaps" and "changes" in economic development,and rapidly built new cities to expand the scale of urban land use.The construction of rail transit has provided a good opportunity for the development of new cities,which can not only promote the development of peripheral areas,but also It can also guide the optimization of the spatial structure of the new urban area,strengthen the connection with the central urban area,and improve the accessibility of peripheral areas.The thesis takes the relationship between rail transit and land use in Chenggong New District as the research object,and conducts research in three parts.Firstly,on the basis of absorbing relevant domestic and foreign researches,using case experience and results for reference,it discusses the factors that affect the interaction between urban land use and rail transit,as well as the content and means of coordination between the two.On this basis,the development status of Chenggong New District was investigated,and the characteristics of land development under the guidance of rail transit were analyzed from the aspects of land use type,land use nature,land value change,and increase in residential population.There is a complex and profound mutual feedback relationship with rail transit,and it has been discovered that the land use around the rail stations in the new area is not highly mixed,and the commercial vitality and attractiveness are obviously insufficient.Then,with Kunming rail transit construction principles and construction priorities as the background,it deeply analyzes the development sequence of Chenggong rail transit and the land along the line,and explores the coordination of rail transit and Chenggong New District in different conditions.The thesis believes that scientifically formulating the rail transit-oriented land development sequence of new cities can effectively realize the coordinated development of rail transit and land use along the line.Finally,the corresponding coordinated development strategy is proposed for the existing problems.
