Research On The Lean Management And Construction Plan Of The Power Supply Bureau Of S City

In order to fulfill the social responsibility of electric power enterprises and realize the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets,the development of prefecturelevel power supply enterprises is inseparable from advanced enterprise management concepts,clear enterprise development strategies and scientific and reliable enterprise management models.The implementation of a lean management model is the great of significance to the promotion of the development prefecture-level power enterprises.For grid companies,lean management is the application of lean thinking to all levels of corporate management,which can effectively improve the current management status and level of power companies,enhance the enthusiasm of employees,and also help companies quantify and supervise the assessment of company employees,thereby improving the overall efficiency of the enterprise in all aspects.This article describes the related concepts of lean management,the significance and feasibility of lean management for power supply companies,and sorts out its management system structure,and summarizes the basic development of the power supply bureau in S city,and analyzes the overall management status of the S City Power Supply Bureau,and focuses on the existing work processes,personnel management,job responsibilities,and assessment systems of the production departments and functional departments.Then,in view of the current management status of the Power Supply Bureau of S City,the following suggestions are made for the lean management construction of the Power Supply Bureau of S City: From the perspective of team construction,formulate production team goals;Take the daily work process of the dispatching department as an example to design a lean work process;Optimize job descriptions for functional departments and production departments,and redesign labor positions scientifically and reasonably;Design a lean assessment plan and benchmarking standards to standardize the assessment system of the production department;Formulate the talent construction work plan and optimize the positions of functional departments to construct a reasonable talent training and development model;Design a lean management incentive plan to fully mobilize employees’ enthusiasm for work;In the field of production safety,a safety zone representative and design operation risk database are set up in accordance with the characteristics of power supply enterprises.The purpose of this research is to provide some useful references for improving the management and operation level of power supply enterprises at prefecture and city level,promoting the transformation of power enterprise management methods and the implementation of lean management level.
