| Developing new energy vehicles is an important measure to control environmental pollution for China.And this measure can not only reduce our country’s dependence on foreign energy,but also realize the long-term healthy development of the automobile industry.Electric vehicles are the main development direction of new energy vehicle and leading the rapid development of our country’s new energy vehicle industry.Permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor(PMSyn RM)is suitable to be used as a drive motor for electric vehicles due to its unique performance advantages.Therefore,the research on the vibration and noise suppression measures of PMSyn RM can not only improve the quality and life of the motor,but also improve the passenger ride experience.It is of great significance in the design of electric vehicle drive motor.In this paper,the vibration noise of the PMSyn RM for vehicle are studied from the following aspects.Firstly,the accuracy of this paper’s simulation calculation of motor vibration noise is verified by a prototype.A permanent magnet synchronous motor for vehicle is taken as a prototype.The effects of radial electromagnetic force and stator core modal natural frequency on the vibration and noise of the motor are analyzed respectively.And then the finite element simulation method is used to calculate the vibration and noise of the motor which based on direct coupling field.The simulation value is compared with the motor noise experimental results to verify the accuracy of the simulation method for calculating the motor sound pressure level.Secondly,the influence of main parameters of PMSyn RM for vehicle on motor vibration and noise is compared and analyzed.By comparing the order number of radial electromagnetic force and the distortion rate of radial air-gap flux density waveform of PMSyn RM with different pole slot matching,the influence of pole slot matching on the vibration noise of the motor is analyzed.For the particularity of rotor structure of PMSyn RM,the influence of barrier layer number,barrier angle and barrier section on motor vibration noise is compared and analyzed.The structure of the motor and the material of the housing are studied.The influence of stator core diameter,motor overall structure and motor shell material on the natural frequency of PMSyn RM is analyzed.Finally,the method of suppressing the vibration noise of PMSyn RM for vehicle is proposed.The winding form of PMSyn RM for vehicle is optimized.The simulation results show that the winding form of six-phase winding and single and double layer winding can effectively suppress the vibration noise of motor.The rotor structure of PMSyn RM for vehicle is further optimized.Cutting angle of the end of the magnetic barrier and opening the magnetic hole of the rotor are proposed to effectively suppress the noise of the motor.The structure of the motor is optimized.The natural frequency of the motor can be increased by increasing the thickness of the stator core yoke and the casing of the motor,so as to avoid the resonance of the motor during operation and further suppress the vibration and noise of the motor. |
