High Speed Axial Flux Doubly Salient Motor is a special structure of switched reluctance motor,which has the same characteristics as SRM.And SRM as a speed control motor developed in the 1980 s,it has many advantages such as high reliability,sturdiness and durability,and many controllable speed control parameters.It has the advantages of both AC and DC speed control,it can operate reliably in harsh environment or in case of motor phase failure.However,SRM has some shortcomings,mainly in the stable operation of the motor torque ripple is relatively large,resulting in motor noise and vibration problems,which led to many scholars to study the torque ripple.The thesis focuses on a 3 phase 6/4 pole High Speed Axial Flux Doubly Salient Motor(HSAFDSM).Since HSAFDSM is a new structure of motor,its motor design research is less,and the magnetic circuit contains both axial and radial and saturation characteristics,it needs to use three-dimensional finite elements to study it,but the modeling is time-consuming,the initial design of the motor and subsequent optimization research is more difficult,this paper uses parametric modeling to adjust the initial design parameters of the motor,and lay the foundation for subsequent optimization research,and finally use response surface method combined with genetic algorithm,structural optimization and other methods to optimize the prototype.The thesis covers the following aspects:First,the thesis introduces the current research status of doubly salient motors,especially switched reluctance motors and high-speed motors,and then introduces the special structure of HSAFDSM.Since switched reluctance motors have common features with HSAFDSM,the operating principle of HSAFDSM can be combined with the operation principle of switched reluctance motors,namely the principle of minimum reluctance,and on this basis,the working principle of HSAFDSM is derived.The mathematical model of HSAFDSM can be derived based on this principle.Then,with the experience and theory of electromagnetic design of switched reluctance motor combined with the special topology of the motor studied in this thesis,and considering the motor working in saturation to get the preliminary design of the prototype,the threedimensional finite element method is used to study the motor performance to get more accurate calculation results,and according to which the static performance and steady-state performance of the motor is analyzed,and the parameters are adjusted to meet the requirements.Finally,the implementation process of response surface method,the basic theory of genetic algorithm and the classification of structure optimization are introduced.For the torque ripple of switched reluctance motor,the prototype of this thesis is used as an example to optimize the torque ripple of the motor under the premise of ensuring the average torque by combining response surface method and genetic algorithm and improving the structure,and the optimized results are verified by finite element simulation.
