With the vigorous development of urban rail transit,the research on relevant topics of subway deep foundation pit engineering is also advancing with the times,and at the same time,it puts forward higher requirements for quality and safety control in the construction process.However,due to the low management level,material and equipment defects,improper construction methods,etc.in actual construction,the phenomenon of accidents is prominent because key parts do not meet the standard requirements.From the perspective of information science,at present,there are problems such as insufficient data collection and transmission,insufficient information analysis and utilization,insufficient sharing of security knowledge and in-depth excavation in the quality control of subway deep foundation pits.There is an urgent need for comprehensive safety management in a scientific and efficient way.Aiming at the above background and problems,this paper studies the application of BIM technology in the quality and safety control of subway deep foundation pits based on the advantages of BIM technology,such as visualization,informatization and simulation,and combined with finite element analysis and visual programming.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)According to the safety cases of deep foundation pits collected and consulted,the accident path is analyzed,the collapse accident tree of deep foundation pit is drawn,and the importance of the cause factors of foundation pit collapse accidents is calculated by accident tree analysis method.Use the parameterized family building function of BIM technology and the integration of BIM-5D technology to integrate the management of these quality control elements,so as to make full use of the information on quality and safety to realize the exchange and cooperation of various participants in the safety control of deep foundation pits.(2)Analyze the constitutive model and modeling process contained in the finite element software Midas GTS NX,use the plug-in to realize the simple and rapid conversion of data between the BIM model and Midas GTS NX,predict the deformation of deep foundation pits under different operating conditions during construction through the Midas finite element simulation,and optimize the layout of monitoring points,so as to improve the delay of monitoring.(3)Establish a deep foundation pit model with Revit as the core,build a construction whole process monitoring framework based on Dynamica,including external data collection,real-time monitoring and calculation of construction process,etc.,to realize the visual dynamic monitoring of deep foundation pits,so as to improve the efficiency of monitoring data collection and transmission,and effectively improve the delay of data processing.(4)Taking the deep foundation pit of a subway station in Zhejiang Province as the engineering background,apply BIM technology to the quality and safety control of the whole process of the deep foundation pit project based on the above research results,improve the traditional supervision mode of deep foundation pits of the subway,and establish a relatively sound application framework of BIM technology.The application of cases shows that it has a good effect.(5)Combined with practical engineering applications,it is shown that BIM technology has obvious advantages in information integrated management,fine construction and collaborative management,monitoring point optimization and monitoring data transmission,which can achieve the goal of efficient quality and safety control of the whole process of subway deep foundation pit construction.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the safety control of similar projects.
