| As a new generation of power system, smart grid is committed to providing users with targeted power supply services and efficiently managing user energy consumption data. However, with the rapid development of the Internet of Things, more and more terminal devices have begun to connect to the smart grid, and a huge amount of user data has been generated. These user data will impose a huge burden on the control center and affect the service effect of the smart grid.Data aggregation technology can aggregate multiple data into a single data, thereby reducing the communication overhead and storage overhead of the system, thus becoming one of the key technologies in the future smart grid.In order to ensure that the smart grid can efficiently monitor user data, maintain the security and privacy of the data, and reduce the system’s computation cost and communication overhead, this paper has carried out a research on a blockchain-assisted data aggregation scheme based on edge computing. In the third chapter of this article,a blockchain-based heterogeneous data aggregation scheme is proposed for the data generated by heterogeneous devices. This scheme realizes the data aggregation and analysis of heterogeneous devices by introducing the Chinese remainder theorem into the data aggregation mechanism. The operation center can use the Chinese Remaining Theorem to efficiently analyze data and obtain the expectations and variances of different data sources, thereby providing users with targeted power supply services. This solution also deploys a blockchain at the edge server, and realizes the verification of aggregated data through the consensus mechanism between the edge server and the smart meter. And when the data is added to the blockchain, the integrity of user data is also guaranteed due to the immutability and traceability of the blockchain. Finally, this scheme is compared with the existing scheme through simulation experiments, which also proves that this scheme has significant advantages in terms of computation cost and communication overhead. In the fourth chapter of this article,a lightweight privacy protection data aggregation scheme assisted by edge blockchain is proposed. This scheme proposes a multi-level data aggregation architecture that integrates edge computing and blockchain. This scheme uses the Paillier homomorphic encryption algorithm and one-way hash chain technology,so that the edge server can not only filter the false data in the channel in advance, but also improve the robustness of the system. At the same time, this solution not only improves the ability of the edge layer to resist attacks, but also realizes the distributed management of the edge layer through the introduction of blockchain technology at the edge layer. In addition, the adaptability to the deployment environment is strengthened, and the ability to resist attacks can be enhanced by controlling the number of candidate nodes. Finally, the simulation carried out by the Monte Carlo method also confirm that compared with the traditional scheme, this scheme has stronger security performance. And this scheme is also significantly lower than the existing data aggregation solution in terms of computation cost and communication overhead. |
