Backpacks are usually used for hiking,military,student and other activities to carry a variety of loads.In the process of walking,in addition to the static load from the backpack,the periodic vertical acceleration of the trunk will also cause oscillatory load,which has a great impact on human injury.Backpacking may also affect people’s posture,resulting in instability of the human body.In this thesis,through the research and analysis of the force of the human body in the process of movement and the influence of the backpack on gait,the comprehensive results are used to analyze the backpacking performance of the backpack.This thesis proposes and designs a complete set of backpack performance evaluation system based on gait information.The system takes STM32 as the control core,uses adxl335 acceleration sensor and znx-01 pressure film sensor to collect ankle acceleration,backpack acceleration and plantar pressure respectively,and then sends them to PC through master-slave Bluetooth module hc-05,The acceleration signals of backpack,ankle and plantar pressure were displayed on PC in real time.This thesis mainly analyzes the performance differences between the suspended backpack and other backpacks from the perspective of statistics and machine learning.There are three types of backpacks in this research,which are regarded as three different intensity sports and divided into three intensity levels.In the process of the experiment,the data corresponding to each backpack level were collected,and the collected data were taken as independent variables,and the backpack level was taken as dependent variables for statistical analysis.At the same time,the ankle acceleration and plantar pressure are used to build the gait anomaly recognition model.Then the collected walking data are classified and recognized by the model,and the number of normal gait instances is counted.In general,the acceleration of the suspended backpack is the smallest,which can significantly reduce the peak load of the backpack,and the effect is more obvious when the speed is faster or the load is larger.Due to the in-phase oscillation between backpack and pedestrian,the suspended backpack has no advantage under low load.The gait of the backpack is closer to the normal gait than that of other backpacks,so the stability of the backpack is better;The elastic material backpack is the worst in terms of load reduction and stability.
