In recent years,as China has gradually accelerated the development of residential industrialization,assembled building with steel-structure have been vigorously promoted due to their advantages of environmental protection and suitability for industrial development.However,the three traditional assembly-type floor slabs,composite deck slabs,steel bar truss and concrete composite slab and pre-stressed laminated concrete slab which are widely used in practical projects,are directly facing the problems of low degree of assembly,large on-site wet work engineering volume and low pipeline integration degree in actual use.According to the above problem,this paper,on the basis of both domestic and abroad researches of pressed steel-concrete composite slab and two-way ribbed slab,combined with pressed steel-concrete composite slab bearing capacity of high degree of industrialization,fast construction speed,high strength and two-way ribbed slab internal force distribution of uniform,neat and beautiful modelling,and low structure weight,puts forward a new type of two-way ribbed pressed steel composite floor slab structure.The new composite floor consists of precast floor layer and cast-in-place concrete layer.The precast floor layer consists of bidirectional ribbed steel plate,precast concrete rib and bottom steel mesh.At the construction site,the upper layer of steel mesh is laid on the precast floor layer,and concrete is poured with the upper layer as the template to form the two-way composite floor slab with dense ribbed steel plates.In this paper,through experimental research and finite element simulation analysis,the flexural performance of the new two-way multi-ribbed profiled steel plate composite floor is studied in depth.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The static loading test was carried out on four specimens of full-scale composite slab with double-rib compression,and the stress process,cracking load,crack distribution,development,failure form,flexural deformation and bearing capacity of the specimens were observed under vertical load.The load-deflection curve is analyzed and the stress mechanism of the new composite floor is put forward.(2)The ANSYS finite element analysis software will be used to simulate the calculation of the four composite slab with new type two-way multi-ribbed steel sheet static test specimens,and the finite element simulation results are going to be compared with the test data to verify the rationality of the finite element model to check the effectiveness of the test.(3)In order to make up for the shortcomings of the test specimen parameters,finite element analysis models of different prefabricated multi-ribbed floor thickness,prefabricated multi-ribbed floor rib width and combined floor slab length-to-width ratio and other parameters of the combined floor will be established for the further investigations of the impact of the various parameters to the bending performance of composite slab with new type two-way multi-ribbed steel sheet.(4)Based on the calculation and analysis of the bearing capacity of the new type of slab composite slab with double rib pressure,and comparing with the results of the finite element simulation,the paper gives the formula of calculating the flexural bearing capacity.At the same time,based on the experimental phenomena and data,the results of finite element simulation analysis and relevant references,the reduction coefficient of stiffness is introduced,and the initial stiffness is replaced by the actual stiffness.
