With the continuous development of China’s economy and society,the demand for power supply reliability of power users has gradually increased.The desire for uninterrupted power supply in some regions is becoming very urgent.Some international large cities,the cities or regions with high load,fast-growing new areas and industrial parks with uninterrupted power supply demand have put forward the power supply reliability target of 99.999% or even 99.9999%.In the face of the growing demand,the power companies investe in the field of distribution networks and build safe,efficient,and green high-reliability distribution networks.As far as X new area concerned,the old distribution network is backward,so it is necessary to build high reliability distribution network.There are many intermediate links and long time in the project,so the construction of the project is difficult.It is necessary to research the project progress management measures to ensure the completion of the whole project within the specified time with quality and quantity guaranteed.This paper studies much literature and summarizes the progress management research status and related theories of power engineering projects,takes the high reliability distribution network project progress management of new area X as the research goal,analyzes the characteristics and construction difficulties of this project,and determines the key path of the project,prepares the project schedule by using the critical path method in view of the problems existing in the project progress management.In the face of the delay risks in the process of project,the critical chain technology is adopted to allocate resources,identify key paths,and optimize the project schedule.So the project schedule management method studied in this paper can effectively ensure the progress of the whole project and meet the requirements of the project schedule.
