| As a large population country,China is facing enormous pressure and challenges in the manufacturing industry.Innovation is the base for national powerful machinery,while innovative method is the key to the technological innovation.The conceptual design stage is the most innovative stage in the design process.The high-level ideal solution of design directly determines the product performance,production cost and market position.The knowledge-based innovation theory provides a scientific basis for the research of this paper.The effective application of advanced technical knowledge in many fields can provide technical support for product design,shorten the design time and improve the market position of products.At present,for the research of idealization,idealization theory is mostly used as a guide design direction to help designers clearly design goals.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing research,this paper puts forward the scientific global idealization method at the functional level based on the previous research,using multi-domain knowledge fusion as the way to provide knowledge.According to the research objectives,the main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)This paper deeply studies the method of acquiring knowledge in patents.According to IPC’s patent classification method,takes the function-oriented method as the basic model for obtaining multi-domain patents,and standardizes the function-oriented method by introducing the concept of functional base to avoid the error caused by subjective factors.(2)By combining the theory of knowledge fusion model,taking the patent database as the source knowledge base and the improved function oriented method to obtain multi domain patents,combining the theory of knowledge fusion model and patent data mining technology,a set of multi-domain patent knowledge acquisition model is designed,By combining the relevant theory of knowledge fusion model and patent data mining technology,a set of multi-domain patent knowledge acquisition model is designed,and the feasibility of multi-domain knowledge fusion in functional design is verified by the relevant knowledge of function combination.At the same time,the corresponding solutions to the problem of function interference in function combination are designed.(3)Combined with the method of global idealization and product life cycle curve to improve the level of idealization.The concept of using different design methods at different stages according to the product,and based on the needs of users.With the method of obtain users demands by Multi-ways,this paper designs model of global ideal solution to improve existing product and design new product,which takes multi-domain knowledge fusion as a way to acquire knowledge.(4)Taking the emergency cup which can desalinate seawater and purify sewage as an example,according to the functional global ideal solution design method of multi-domain knowledge fusion service in this paper,it provides guidance for product improvement,and at the same time verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the method. |
