| Innovation-driven development strategy requires enterprises to continuously improve their independent innovation capabilities.Moreover,mastering and applying technical innovation methods is one of the effective ways to ensure their core competitiveness.TRIZ summarizes a set of technical methods for problem solving,which can quickly help designers to obtain satisfactory innovative solutions,and which is an effective way to solve various complex technical problems.However,TRIZ still has shortcomings that couldn’t give a scientific and correct definition of conflicts,and TRIZ itself does not provide a reliable basis for program evaluation.In order to make up for the shortcomings of TRIZ,the paper will combine the Thinking Process with TRIZ to carry out systematic innovation research and work to solve the technical problems faced by enterprises.In this paper,a process model of technical problem analysis based on the Thinking Process is formed by constructing the Goal Tree of technical problems and building a process of determining the critical root cause through the Current Reality Tree;TRIZ including Conflict Resolution Theory,Effects,and Standard Solutions,are used for problem solving to obtain a number of innovative design schemes;Qualitative analysis by the Future Reality Tree is used to construct a Thinking Process oriented evaluation process model to evaluate the innovative design schemes.Besides the theories mentioned above,a systematic innovation process model based on TOC and TRIZ is to provide a more operational and powerful tool so as to improve the innovation ability of enterprises.The main work and achievements of the this paper includes are as follows:(1)Determine the Critical Success Factors and Necessary Conditions of the Goal Tree by obtaining the performance requirements of the technical system and the support structure of the corresponding system,and propose a process to build the Goal Tree for the technical system;then,the Critical Success Factors that the system does not meet is defined as the initial problem.The Current Reality Tree is constructed to analyze problem and find the causes,which provides the determination process of the critical root cause based on the Current Reality Tree rely on subjective experience when analyzing technical problems and provide engineers with judgment criteria and determination methods;on the basis of the above,a technical problem analysis process model based on the Thinking Process is given to provide a starting point for the subsequent use of TRIZ tools to solve problems.(2)Applying the Future Reality Tree to evaluate the innovative design schemes proposed after solving the problem;secondly,fully consider the cost constraints,and use the Goal Tree to determine the system evaluation indicators to improve the standardization and adaptability of the indicator system;The maximum deviation method is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index factors;finally,the best solution with low cost and high efficiency is selected through the four-quadrant evaluation method.Based on the above processes,an evaluation process of innovative design schemes based on the Thinking Process is put forward,which provides a new method for the selection and evaluation of innovative schemes.(3)A systematic innovation design process model based on the Thinking Process and TRIZ is proposed to provide designers with new idea for innovative design by completing the problem analysis,problem solving,and solution evaluation process through the use of the Thinking Process and TRIZ.(4)Apply the systematic innovative design process model based on the Thinking Process and TRIZ proposed in this paper to carry out innovative design process of garlic peeler to verify the correctness and scientificity of theoretical research results. |
