| In recent years,the development of electric vehicles in China is changing with each passing day,but with its growing trend,the resulting safety accidents also occur frequently.In particular,the safety problems in the charging process seriously restrict the vigorous development of the electric vehicle industry.Due to the lack of perfect charging fault diagnosis and safety operation and maintenance service system of electric vehicles,the actual safety warning effect of electric vehicles and supporting facilities has not reached the expected goal.Therefore,this paper carries out the research on the intelligent fault diagnosis expert system of electric vehicle charging process to assist in realizing the fault diagnosis function of electric vehicle charging.First of all,this paper analyzes the safe operation characteristics of power batteries and charging equipment in the process of charging,studies the characteristics of their existing faults,and then summarizes the common types of faults and their corresponding causes.Then,combining with the characteristics of power battery and charging equipment in the charging process,a multi-level equipment fault tree was established in the charging process of electric vehicle.In view of the situation that multiple fault representations and fault causes interleave-corresponding ways,the fuzzy mathematics correlation analysis method is used to find the fault causes of multi-stage equipment in the charging process of electric vehicles through membership function and fuzzy matrix,and the fault diagnosis in the charging process of electric vehicles is carried out according to the BP neural network method.Secondly,the specific structure of the intelligent fault diagnosis expert system during EV charging process is designed,and its knowledge module is analyzed in detail.According to whether the characteristic information is deterministic knowledge,the corresponding fault diagnosis knowledge base is designed.Based on the research of reasoning methods,the reasoning strategy and method suitable for fault diagnosis in the charging process of electric vehicles and the corresponding inference machine are designed.Meanwhile,the interpretation program and user interface are studied to complete the overall function construction of the expert system.Finally,with the development requirements of the expert system as the starting point of the research,combined with the characteristics of the power battery and charging equipment in the charging process of electric vehicles,the business architecture and functional architecture of the fault diagnosis expert system are analyzed and designed.And fault diagnosis expert system in the electric vehicle charging process of the technical architecture,data structure and database structure design,the development of system integration to the electric car safety operational service platform to effect the applicability of the display to show that the fault diagnosis expert system,embodies the practical engineering value of the system. |
