| With the rise of new technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,and blockchain,different countries have put forward national-level technological power strategies to accelerate the digital transformation of manufacturing.At present,under the real-time changing operating environment of ship construction workshops,dynamic planning and scheduling have become an important method to improve the production efficiency and executable of ship construction plans.Digital twin technology realizes the real-time interaction and fusion of information between the physical world and the virtual world through digital modeling,sensor update and other means.It is an effective method to realize intelligent ship dispatch.This thesis takes the task scheduling of the assemble construction workshop as the research object.To solve the problem of the lack of real-time and interactivity in the traditional ship construction workshop scheduling,a framework of the scheduling method of the assembly construction shop based on the digital twin is proposed.The main research are as follows:(1)Framework of assemble construction workshop scheduling method based on digital twin.In view of the lack of real initiative and interactivity in traditional shipbuilding workshop scheduling,combined with digital twin technology,a digital twin-based assembly construction workshop scheduling method is proposed.This thesis explains in detail the two key technologies: real-time data collection and management,and digital twin-driven assembly construction workshop scheduling strategy.(2)Data collection and management of the assembled construction workshop.We analyzed the production process of the assembled construction workshop,summarized the production process and characteristics of the workshop.According to the characteristics of the multi-source data of assemble construction workshop,we divided the perception information of the workshop into static information and dynamic information,and established the collection,integration and management of different information method.Finally we used XML language to realize the unified description and storage of physical layer perception information and events.(3)Research on scheduling strategy of assembly and construction workshop based on digital twin.Aiming at the lack of autonomy and real-time scheduling of traditional shipbuilding workshops,a digital twin-driven assemble construction workshop scheduling method was proposed.Taking the maximum completion time,the total load of the machine and the bottleneck machine load as the workshop optimization goals,a scheduling model of assemble construction workshop scheduling is established with the constraints of process,machine processing team and delivery date.A solution strategy based on multiobjective genetic algorithm is designed to solve scheduling model.Through the analysis of the abnormal production in the assembly workshop,the dynamic rescheduling process for abnormal disturbances is studied.Finally,an example is used to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method.(4)Development of dispatching system for ship assemble construction workshop.Based on the research of the above-mentioned key technologies,the framework and functional modules of the assemble construction workshop scheduling system based on digital twins are designed.The feasibility of the system is verified by testing the main modules of the system,such as information collection and monitoring,intelligent scheduling,and simulation analysis. |
