The indoor thermal environment will be directly affected by the thermal performance of the building envelope,and thus the building energy consumption will be affected.The heat transfer coefficient is the most important parameter among the thermal parameters of the building envelope.In general,in order to estimate whether the buildings meet the design requirements during the operation period,it is necessary to measure the heat transfer coefficient of the building envelope.The most common measurement method of the heat transfer coefficient of the building envelope are the heat flow meter method and the hot box method,but in consideration of the longer time of measurement and the more stringent requirements of the environment of measurement,this thesis proposed a new measurement method of heat transfer coefficient of building envelope based on analytic solution.Firstly,this thesis descributes the principle of the new measurement method of heat transfer coefficient of building envelope based on analytic solution,and the formula of the analytic solution is derived in this thesis.Secondly,the single-layer building walls are taken as the research objects.Instead of the experimental operation.the heat transfer process of the single-layer building walls is simulated by software,and the heat transfer coefficients of the single-layer building walls are sovled by the analytic solution,which illustrates that the new measurement method of heat transfer coefficient of building envelope based on analytic solution has the advantage of high-accuracy.Then the parametars of the analytic solution are studied and optimized,and the heat transfer coefficients of the multi-layer building walls are solved by the optimized analytic solution,which illustrates the new measurement method can be used to practice.Finally,an equipment for the new measurement method of heat transfer coefficient of building envelope based on analytic solution is designed and the use of the equipment is briefly described.The new measurement method of heat transfer coefficient of building envelope based on analytic solution proposed by this thesis is not limited by the location or the season,and it can be used to measure the heat transfer coefficient of the building envelope in differrnt conditions.The new measurement method has the advantages of high-accuracy,shorter measurement time and easy operation.This thesis has laid a solid theoretical foundation for the practical application and will enrich the research of the measurement of the thermal performance of the building envelope. |
