As the progress and development of modern information science and technology,as well as the promotion and use of new energy,bidirectional DC-DC converter has been widely used in solar photovoltaic power generation,aviation power supply system,DC interruption system and other aspects,as well as electric vehicle energy management system and other fields.For example,dual active bridge converter plays a role of energy conversion and transfer between energy storage and AC bus.This is the significance of research on its controllability and technology.This paper describes two kinds of single-phase and three-phase dual active bridge converter,mainly takes three-phase dual active bridge converter as the main research object,and studies it from theoretical derivation,simulation analysis,experimental verification and other aspects.In this paper,the research background and value of dual active bridge converter(DAB)are summarized,and its application in real society and some key problems encountered in its research are described.Then,two common control methods of single-phase DAB are introduced: single phase shift control and extended phase shift control.For single-phase DAB,the control principles of forward power flow and reverse power flow are introduced,and the extended phase shift control principle is introduced,and their transmission power characteristics are analyzed.Then the topology,working principle and transmission power of three-phase DAB are analyzed.The open-loop and closed-loop control of single-phase DAB and three-phase DAB are simulated by MATLAB / simulink.The simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.Then the prototype design of 15 k W three-phase dual active bridge converter is introduced in detail.The selection of transformer components and general problems in design are introduced.The design of high-frequency transformer,auxiliary inductance parameters,DC side capacitor and switching diode,control circuit and protection components in three-phase DAB are described.Finally,the prototype of three-phase dual active bridge converter based on 15 k W has verified by experiments.The open-loop and closed-loop experiments of three-phase DAB converter are carried out,and the experimental results are compared with the theoretical and simulation analysis of three-phase DAB. |
