Electrical connectors are responsible for electrical connection and signal transmission between devices,components and systems in aerospace and other fields.Fretting wear is one of the main factors affecting the contact reliability of electrical connectors.Therefore,this article takes the electrical connector as the research object,analyzes the fretting wear state of the electrical connector(the distribution of wear debris between the electrical connector samples)and the image reconstruction method.The test product selected in this paper is the M-type circular two-pin electrical connector produced by a company as a research object.The fretting wear state monitoring and image construction of the electrical connector under low-frequency vibration conditions are performed.In this paper,a method for monitoring the fretting wear state of electrical connectors using capacitance tomography is proposed,and the applicability analysis is carried out;a test plan for fretting wear state monitoring of electrical connectors is designed.It consists of five parts: conditions,selection and installation of test products,test detection,test procedures and test precautions.In order to study the influence of different vibration times and vibration conditions on fretting wear of electrical connectors,the parameters of vibration times and vibration conditions are grouped and set in this paper.The vibration frequency is 25 Hz,50 Hz and 75 Hz,and the vibration amplitude is 0.25 mm and 0.50 mm And 1.00 mm;a fretting wear state monitoring test device for electrical connectors is designed.The fretting wear state monitoring test device for electrical connectors is mainly composed of a vibration drive unit,a wear debris characteristic value sensing unit,a contact resistance detection unit and a data acquisition unit;electrical connection is made the fretting wear state monitoring test and test data analysis of the device,the electrical connector fretting wear state monitoring test conducted capacitance tomography detection and contact resistance detection.The influence of the number of vibrations,the frequency of vibration,the amplitude of vibration and the direction of vibration on the characteristic value and contact resistance of the electrical connector wear debris during the fretting wear of the electrical connector is analyzed,and the relationship between the characteristic value of the electrical connector wear debris induction and the change of contact resistance Correlation analysis;finally,the construction method of the electrical connector fretting wear image is studied,the electrical connector fretting wear capacitance tomography system is established,and the electrical connector fretting wear image construction algorithm is selected,namely the linear back projection algorithm(LBP)and Tikhonov Regularization algorithm,and analysis of image construction results of three angles of vibration frequency,vibration amplitude and vibration direction of the electrical connector sample.
