| With the increasing of urban buildings,a large number of foundation pit projects in cities are faced with construction safety problems caused by dense site,population and buildings,during the construction of the existing urban infrastructure,rail transportation and high buildings.Due to the complicated environment of roads and underground pipelines around the foundation pits,safeties about monitoring during the construction of foundation pit have become one of the key concerns of all departments.At present,the traditional and artificial monitoring methods for foundation pit are characterized by discrete monitoring points,one-sided data evaluation,and graphic display of data.Moreover,the artificial monitoring is obviously affected by the construction process and the weather,which results in poor synchronicity between the monitoring and the construction process.At the same time,the existing remote monitoring methods of foundation pit have some outstanding problems,such as high price,low compatibility between sensors and collector,and mismatch of communication protocol and so on.It is further improved for three-dimensional global representation and information degree of foundation pit engineering.In order to provide real-time,efficient and information management platform for the construction party and the owner,remote network and warning system for foundation pit is developed by means of wireless transmission and sensors analysis protocol in this paper which uses remote sensors to perceive the construction status of foundation pit,My SQL relational database to realize the storage,invocation and analysis of monitoring data and merges the C/S pattern with the C~#to provide guarantee for the safe construction of the foundation pit.The main research results are as follows:(1)The sub-level warning thresholds of monitoring items are determined based on the monitoring principle of foundation pit engineering and the requirements of monitoring project.With the help of Lo Ra and 4G network technology to realize efficient and real-time data reception and transmission between self-developed sensors and wireless acquisition instrument,the data chain between field monitoring data and monitoring system platform is established by the design of monitoring database which aims to realize the reasonable collection,storage and transmission for foundation pit monitoring data.(2)Platform of remote network monitoring and warning system for foundation pit is built which merges the C/S architecture with the C~#object-oriented language by carrying out functional design.The monitoring data of foundation pit is large and the sensor is susceptible to the external environment.kalman filter algorithm and corresponding data processing technologies are adopted to solve the problems.Through deep excavation and analysis of the original monitoring data of foundation pit,the internal relation between the change of foundation pit and the data is established.The prediction formula of foundation pit deformation is put forward to provide guarantee for foundation pit safety construction.(3)A set of remote network monitoring and warning system for foundation pit is developed based on remote sensors to realize integrated management of information and real-time collection of monitoring data.The 3d model of foundation pit can be presented through the BIM model embedded in the system to break through the conventional planar and single chart mode.Furthermore,the system can automatically analyze and process data to realize real-time update,graph generation,automatic warning,model prediction and report output.(4)The remote network monitoring and warning system for foundation pit is applied to monitoring the foundation pit engineering in the renovation and expansion of Tianjin children’s hospital.The applications of each function are introduced. |
