Research On The Protection And Optimization Strategy Of The Existing Buildings In Old Campus Of Hebei University Of Technology Based On BIM

The research focuses on the existing buildings of the East University of Hebei University of Technology.In order to achieve the continuation of the historical context of the East University of Hebei University of Technology,fully reflect the existing architectural value of the East University of Hebei University of Technology,enhance the existing building performance of the East University of Hebei University of Technology,and ultimately create a comfortable building environment for teachers and students.The author conducted a current survey of the existing buildings of the East University of Hebei University of Technology,and found that existing drawings of the existing buildings of the University of Hebei University of Technology were incomplete with drawings and information,inadequate protection of historical buildings,reduced use value of some buildings,and inefficient construction operation.After fully evaluating the advantages of BIM technology application,the existing building information was created through BIM technology.Subsequently,a value evaluation index applicable to the existing building of the East University of Hebei University of Technology was established,and a comprehensive value evaluation system was created.Use BIM technology to analyze the historical value,cultural value,building use value,and building physical performance of existing buildings,summarize the value scores of the sample buildings,and classify and summarize the value evaluation of the sample buildings based on the scores.Finally,combining the actual situation of the existing building with the overall planning and design of the campus,from the perspective of BIM technology’s full life cycle management,this paper proposes strategies for the protection of the existing building of the East University of Hebei University of Technology.It also envisages the widespread application of BIM technology in the follow-up work,which provides a valuable reference for the protection and development of existing buildings in old campuses of universities.
