Research On The Livability Of Rural Human Settlements In Hebei Province From The Perspective Of Healthy Aging

The rapid development of urbanization and industrialization not only improves the level of rural economic development,but also causes damage to the rural living environment to different degrees,affecting the quality of life of rural residents.Under the dual structure of urban and rural areas,a large number of young rural adults go out for work,rural labor force outflow,the empty-nest elderly and left-behind children become the main users of rural living environment,the problem of rural aging is increasingly serious,and gradually become the focus of social and government attention.Therefore,"healthy aging" has become an important direction for the development of rural living environment and even urban living environment,guided by the quality of life of the elderly in rural areas.It is necessary to analyze and optimize the livability of rural living environment from the perspective of healthy aging development.In this paper,aiming at the problems of rural living environment in Hebei Province,practical optimization strategies and improvement measures are put forward.This paper is based on the four parts of "defining the problem--analyzing the problem--solving the problem--empirical research".First,identify the problem.Based on the research background,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the concepts of healthy aging,rural living environment and livability.Through the study of the related basic theories,the author makes a systematic analysis of the rural living environment,and expounds the system composition and evolution characteristics of the rural living environment.Second,analyze the problem.Firstly,through field research on some villages in Hebei Province,this paper analyzes the living status and actual needs of elderly people in rural areas in Hebei Province,clarifies the connotation of "healthy aging" based on actual needs,and preliminarily analyzes the existing problems of rural living environment in Hebei Province based on the system composition of rural living environment.Then,the influencing factors of the livability of rural residential environment in Hebei Province from the perspective of healthy aging were summarized and sorted out by means of inductive analysis and summary,and the influencing factors in this paper were finally determined by combining theoretical analysis with practical analysis.The relevant evaluation systems are sorted out,and the evaluation index of this paper is determined according to the principle of index selection,and the comprehensive evaluation model is constructed.Based on the research data,the paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the development of rural residential environment in Hebei Province,and further analyzes the problems existing in the development of rural residential environment in Hebei Province.Third,solve the problem.In view of the problems of rural living environment in Hebei Province,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of rural living environment in Hebei Province from the perspective of healthy aging,so as to improve the livability of rural living environment in Hebei Province.Finally,empirical research.Taking Dataizi village,Caogoubu township,Yuxian county,Zhangjiakou city,as am example,the rural living environment was evaluated and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward to verify the usability of the comprehensive evaluation model and the feasibility of the optimization strategy.
