| The application of concrete filled steel tube composite column frame structure is an important technological innovation in the field of frame structure engineering.Compared with the traditional reinforced concrete frame structure,the construction technology based on concrete filled steel tube composite column has the advantages of faster construction speed,more reasonable member force and smaller section area.It has broad application prospects in the field of frame structure.Nowadays,the design and construction practice of composite column frame structure has been improved continuously,which provides conditions for further optimization of project construction management.The introduction of project management methods and improvement of construction technology will make construction technology more mature,cost more optimized and overall implementation effect better.Firstly,this paper collates the frontier results of project cost management research.The existing problems of project cost management are analyzed,and it is clear that project optimization management needs not only the whole process of fine management,but also innovative management.The whole process fine management provides the environment,atmosphere and resource support for the innovative management,the innovative management provides the concrete implementation means and measures for the whole process fine management,and secondly,in the process of studying the cost optimization of the the steel structure frame,the construction of completed steel structure frame project is selected as the basic sample and the composite column frame project which has been completed is selected as the contrast sample.Based on the theory of engineering project technology innovation management and the SWOT analysis method,the direction and trend of technological innovation and process improvement are judged.Thirdly,through the comparative study of the construction technology between the composite column frame project and the steel frame garage project,the conclusion is drawn that the technological characteristics and special structure of the composite column project have the basic characteristics of reducing costs,and the process is identified.In the potential optimization stage,the direction and objective of cost optimization are determined;Fourth,the classification and identification of key elements of cost control for composite column frame structure projects are completed;Fifth,the project of composite column frame for construction is selected as the research sample,and the technical innovation and process optimization scheme for the implementation of project Structure system is specifically planned by PDPC method;Sixth,the collaborative matrix analysis method is used.The synergy degree of the innovative technology scheme to be implemented in Project is evaluated and analyzed,and the feasibility conclusion is drawn.Seventh,on the basis of the feasibility conclusion,the construction of Project is completed according to the process optimization scheme to realize the optimization of time limit,cost,quality and other aspects.Finally,the optimization is better verified by comparing the planned data before and after the optimization of Project with the actual data after optimization.The chemical-control system achieves the cost target control of project better,achieves the cost optimization goal of the composite column frame system,and draws the conclusion of this paper,which provides the theoretical basis and data support for the whole process and fine cost optimization management of similar projects.Although this paper has achieved some research results in cost optimization,it still needs to be further deepened.The development,design and maintenance links in the management process have not been introduced in detail;the diversification of management tools and the timing of intervention need to be further validated;and the promotion of this optimization method for more structural projects also needs to be tested and corrected in practice.In the future,on the basis of the whole process management and fine management,technological innovation will have an impact in every link.By saving energy,reducing labor,reducing the cost of measures and time,the overall benefit of technological innovation in cost control will be maximized. |
