Research On The Construction Financial Sharing Service Center Of Group N

With the development of the new era,as one of the pillar industries of the national economy,how to further strengthen the group’s internal financial management,reduce the group’s financial cost,has become a comprehensive construction group to improve the management efficiency.Financial Sharing Center comes into being in accordance with the development of the times.It has the characteristics of high concentration,fast response and low operating cost.It is a new financial management mode and one of the modes that large construction groups try to use.It has the characteristics of high efficiency and low cost that the traditional financial accounting mode does not have.In order to promote the long-term development of the construction group,the construction group should build its own financial sharing center in line with its own industry characteristics.The research content of this paper is to design a financial sharing center within N group in order to improve the financial efficiency of N group and better achieve the financial management objectives of N group.First of all,starting from the research background and significance of the Financial Sharing Center,this paper concludes that the key to the design of the Financial Sharing Center of N group in the current environment of improving the management efficiency of the construction industry,as well as the reference for the future development of N group.Secondly,from the concept of Financial Sharing Center,the role of Financial Sharing Center,the mode of Financial Sharing Center,the limitations of Financial Sharing Center,the research status at home and abroad is analyzed.Financial Sharing Center is one of the group management modes to improve the combination of people,materials,technology and resources of the group.Large and medium-sized groups begin to gradually implement the financial sharing center mode.At the same time,the financial center system will also bring a series of problems,such as the group’s financial process reengineering,the transformation of financial personnel’s ideas,and some difficulties to the group’s financial management.Thirdly,based on the actual situation of N group,this paper analyzes the current three-level vertical management mode and financial management accounting organization mode of N group’s financial process system,finds out the existing problems in the bank’s financial management mode,and puts forward the scheme design of N group’s establishment of Financial Sharing Center.Finally,the possible problems found in the process of designing the Financial Sharing Center of N group are put forward,and the feasible safeguard measures are put forward to better guarantee the operation of the Financial Sharing Center of N group.
