With the rapid development of the economy,the pressure on enterprises is increasing day by day.In order to maintain the competitiveness of products,many companies have given more technical features to new products to meet the increasing consumer demand.However,the technical characteristics of the products are complex,and different customer characteristics can bring different customer satisfaction.Not only that,a technical feature may have multiple attribute specifications,and how to ensure customer satisfaction with certain resources.Cost realization of different attribute configuration combinations has become the focus of current research.This paper is mainly oriented to the product conceptual design process.By analyzing the customer’s needs,calculating the integration importance of technical characteristics,and establishing the constraint equations that maximize the customer satisfaction improvement,the technical property attributes are optimized to provide a reference for further product design.Most of the current literature focuses on the study of demand,and there are few studies on the whole optimization system of technical characteristics.Few literatures have penetrated the customer satisfaction theory into the study of the whole technical characteristics.Moreover,the research on technical characteristics ignores its own innovation space,which leads to a large amount of resources to waste the technical characteristics with low innovation ability.Finally,in the process of constructing the constraint equations of technical property attributes,the division of different categories of technical characteristics is not considered enough.Based on this,this paper makes an indepth study on the acquisition and sequencing of requirements in the process of product innovation design,the calculation of the importance of technical characteristics,and the construction of the final constraint equation,based on the analysis of relevant researches at home and abroad.The details are as follows:(1)Constructing a product technical characteristic optimization model considering customer satisfaction,which consists of a demand analysis model,a technical characteristic importance integrated computing model,and a technical characteristic attribute optimization model,and completes the product concept design process in the quality function development.(2)For the first time,this paper proposes the concept of innovation of technical characteristics,and uses the innovation degree to correct the initial importance of technical characteristics,so that product design can first meet the technical characteristics of high development space and effectively configure resources.(3)In order to effectively realize the optimization of technical characteristics,this paper proposes a complete set of methodologies.The method system mainly includes KANO theory,utility theory,ideal solution,proportional scale method,expert scoring method,three-dimensional vector cosine method and target planning method.In the whole method system,customer satisfaction is always the focus of consideration,and finally Optimize the configuration with intricate technical features.
