Researchon Quality Management Evaluation Of Architectural Engineering Construction Project

With the continual improvement of China’s socialist market economy,China’s architectural engineering industry has made considerable progress in the quality management of construction projects.It has greatly improved the technical management methods and the quality level of construction site management personnel,and has continuously advanced the project.The continuous development of project quality management work.However,at the same time,we should also clearly see that there is still a certain gap between China’s and Western developed countries’ project quality management methods,levels,and the quality of project quality management personnel.It is necessary for our construction industry practitioners to improve as soon as possible.Improve.Therefore,carrying out research on quality management of engineering projects has become a hot issue of concern in the society today,and it is also a livelihood issue that the broad masses of people care about.In this paper,the whole process quality management of Haihe Tunnel Project on Central Avenue in Binhai New Area is taken as the main content,and the project is studied as a case.Based on the methods of literature research and empirical analysis,combined with the theory of total quality management and dynamic quality management,the five key factors affecting the tunnel project are explored by factor analysis method,including artificial factors and machines.Mechanical factors,material factors,method factors and environmental factors.Focusing on the key factors of quality management of Haihe Tunnel Project of Central Avenue in Binhai New Area,the corresponding dynamic implementation measures of quality management are put forward.In order to ensure the effectiveness of the proposed countermeasures,the author also puts forward effective safeguard measures in the last chapter of the article.
