As the most important construction method of underground engineering,shallow-buried tunneling method has the advantages of low cost,less demolition,flexibility and no interference with ground traffic,It has been widely used in various underground projects in our country.But in recent years,safety accidents often occur in the construction of shallow-buried tunneling method,Especially cross all kinds of structures、constructions or running tunnels、running highways,The surrounding environment is changeable,subsidence control is strict,risk factors are more complex,therefore,it is very necessary to study the risk of crossing projects.This paper is based on the existing research results of risk management and shallow-buried tunneling method technology,taking cable tunnel of DZH project that shallow-buried tunneling method cross highway as an example,this paper studies the risk identification,risk assessment and risk response of the risk management according to shallow-buried tunneling method crossing project.Have done the following aspects of research work:(1)According to the characteristics of shallow-buried tunneling method crossing project,using WBS-RBS method,engineering is broke up WBS tree and RBS tree,then WBS-RBS matrix is used to identify the risk of DZH project that shallow-buried tunneling method crossing project,identify twenty risk factors and make a risk list.(2)Some main risk assessment methods are introduced and compared,in view of the risk list,The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to analyze each risk factor comprehensively,and the risk value is ranked to find out the main risk factors.(3)On the basis of risk assessment,in view of the risk factors such as the engineering technology and equipment risk,construction management risk,geological and hydrological risk,environmental risk and so on,put forward the responses.By means of risk management,this paper excavates some common and neglected risk factors of shallow-buried tunneling method crossing engineering,it causes onwer company and construction company to pay more attention to the risk in the construction process of shallow-buried tunneling method crossing engineering and reduce the occurrence of risk accidents,at the same time,it provides a reference for the risk management of crossing projects for construction company.There are 20 figures,12 tables and 44 references in this paper.
