In recent years,with the development of distributed energy and other clean energy,the network architecture and operating characteristics of the distribution network have undergone major changes.The traditional network analysis viewpoint of the distribution network cannot meet the status monitoring of the existing distribution network and Optimize operation control.The research of the active distribution network has become an extremely important part of the current power system research.The research on the optimal power flow of the active distribution network is particularly important for the plan ning and operation of the power system.How to effectively and accurately deal with the characteristics of distributed energy in power flow calculation become a hot issue in current research.This paper mainly introduces the concept,topological structure,operating characteristics of the active distribution network,Accordding to the differences from the traditional distribution network and the current research status,focusing on the randomness and volatility of the distributed energy grid in the active d istribution Probabilistic power flow calculation and related optimal power flow calculation.Probabilistic power flow calculation is a mathematical tool for power system analysis based on probabilistic power flow theory.Its core lies in coping and dealing with many uncertain factors existing in power systems.In this paper,the theoretical basis,operation characteristics and application process of probabilistic power flow calculation are described,Besides,on the basis of the existing probabilistic power flow calculation of active distribution network,improving traditional sample data acquisition methods to increase the overall efficiency of probability power flow calculations.In the optimal power flow calculation of the active distribution network,while considering the randomness and volatility displayed in the grid connection of distributed energy,the intricate and interdependent structure of distributed energy is also the focus of research.To this end,a probabilistic dependent structure model based on the Copula function is established,and the method of improved Latin hypercube sampling and sequence sequencing is used to ensure the uniformity of the correlation of data sa mple values and the representativeness of data power,thereby improving the probability of active distribution network The effectiveness,accuracy and overall efficiency of the optimal power flow calculation.Finally,in the MATLAB simulation environment,the standard IEEE-30 distribution system with multiple wind farms is used as the object,the probability optimal power flow simulation operation based on the cross entropy algorithm is used,and the traditional intelligent optimization algorithm is used as a comparative test.The experimental results data effectively prove that the cross entropy algorithm can improve the accuracy and precision of the probability optimal power flow calculation,It shows that the probabilistic optimal power flow calculation based on the cross entropy algorithm can effectively deal with the randomness of the distributed energy grid connection in the active distribution network,and the influence of correlation factors on the distribution network side probabilistic optimal power flow calculation.It is beneficial to make a correct assessment for the power flow operation of the active distribution network and the optimal dispatch.
