| As the core of the intelligent transportation system,the market coverage of the advanced traveler information system(ATIS)is increasing year by year,and the system is becoming more and more perfect.The ATIS system has powerful functions to provide users with route selection information,which can reduce the cost of travel time for users and improve the overall travel efficiency of the road network.According to empirical analysis,ATIS users generally tend to choose their User Equilibrium path(UE)and less choose the System Optimal path(SO),but when all users in the network follow the UE principle,it will increase the cost of road network travel At the same time,it will reduce the overall traffic efficiency of the road network.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct scientific analysis on the path selection behavior of ATIS users,and guide some users to select the SO path,so as to maximize the use efficiency of the road network.First,analyze the subjective and objective factors that affect the user’s path selection,and consider the impact of the ATIS system that joins the guidance mechanism on the user’s travel behavior.Comprehensively consider factors such as user travel purpose,travel cost,time value,and familiarity with the road network.Take ATIS’s guidance to users and user’s familiarity with the road network as the main factors affecting the path selection of ATIS users and non-ATIS users..Based on the above factors,it is assumed that there are 4 types of users in the road network,of which there are two types of ATIS users: UE path and SO path users;non-ATIS users adopt the principle of random user balance(SUE)for path allocation,which is divided into Two categories: the road network is highly familiar with users,and the road network is generally familiar with users.Finally,a mixed user travel behavior network equilibrium model including UE users,SO users,and two types of non-ATIS users is constructed,and the objective functions of the four types of users are expressed by variational inequalities to prove the uniqueness of the model solution.Use the MSA algorithm to simulate the model on the Nguyen-Dupus network and adjust the proportion of various users in the network.The results show that when the utilization rate of the ATIS system is unchanged,compared with the absence of the guidance mechanism,when the user who selects the SO path accounts for 50%,the total travel time of the network can be reduced by 4.7%;the user who selects the SO path accounts for 80% At the time,the total travel time of the network can be reduced by 11.5%;under the condition that the proportion of users who choose the SO path remains unchanged,the higher the utilization rate of the ATIS system in the network,the smaller the total travel time of the network.When the utilization rate of the ATIS system is increased from 20% to 80%,the total travel time of the network can be reduced by 6.9%.The research results of the thesis can provide corresponding theoretical basis for policy formulation of road traffic management and grooming of relevant government departments. |
