| With the State Grid Corporation carrying out special actions to improve quality and increase efficiency,the scientific and efficient requirements for the operation and maintenance management of the company’s power metering system on the big marketing front are becoming higher and higher.Therefore,in order to realize the company’s cost reduction and efficiency enhancement,innovation and efficiency enhancement and management and efficiency enhancement,to make the metering system develop towards the level of intelligent,standardized and informatized management,and to promote the modernization of the company’s governance system and governance ability,it is imperative to improve and upgrade the existing regular operation and maintenance,expiration testing based operation and maintenance management mode of electrical energy metering devices.The condition evaluation of energy metering devices is an important tool for the study of energy metering devices.Accurate condition evaluation results can clearly reflect the operational status of the device and provide a reference basis for evaluating its performance.Through different status evaluation results,we can carry out targeted operation and maintenance management,improve the one-size-fits-all inefficient operation and maintenance system,and better meet the metering supervision concept in the new era,realising the change from the traditional static control to the future intelligent control of the company’s electrical energy metering devices.Based on the above,this paper mainly investigates the research status of the operation and maintenance management of electric energy metering devices,including the analysis of the actual situation of the operation of electric energy metering devices and the status of operation and maintenance management in Zhejiang Province.Subsequently,for the multi-dimensional data of electric energy metering devices generated by the power grid company in the process of arrival,calibration,distribution,installation and operation of electric energy metering devices,including the effective use of relevant information systems such as user information collection system,marketing system and production and dispatching platform of provincial metering centre,combined with existing regulations and specifications,screening evaluation indexes.Through hierarchical analysis,the evaluation indexes and weights of the status evaluation of electrical energy metering devices are scientifically formulated,so as to derive the evaluation algorithm of the status evaluation of electrical energy metering devices and scientifically establish the status evaluation model Analysis by means of calculation examples.In view of the technical characteristics of the condition evaluation and the operation and maintenance management,the operation and maintenance management system is improved and a sound operation and maintenance management system based on the condition evaluation is established.Through the available data,the analysis forecasts the quality and efficiency of the provincial metering centre’s operation and maintenance management of Zhoushan electrical energy metering devices through condition evaluation work,showing that the whole life cycle data of the electric energy metering device can be used for the operation and maintenance of the electric energy metering device scientifically and reasonably through the state evaluation technology and the prospect of the company’s efficient,accurate,scientific and solid operation and maintenance management of electrical energy metering devices through condition evaluation technology,which has strong significance for the practical improvement of the operation and maintenance management level of electrical energy metering devices. |
