| In recent years,prefabricated building has become a construction form vigorously promoted by the country.From the perspective of adapting to the requirements of sustainable development,the prefabricated building construction method has changed the traditional extensive construction method.It has the advantages of fast construction speed,low environmental impact and safe construction.The construction period and cost are important control indexes in construction project management.Project stakeholders hope to maximum economic benefits on the basis of the completion of the quality and other requirements.In order to comply with the proposal of“14th Five-Year Plan” and promote the continuous high-speed and high-quality development of prefabricated buildings,it is very important to study the cost control and construction period optimization.With the widespread application of information technology and intelligent algorithm in the construction industry,it is of great significance to use BIM technology to control the cost of prefabricated buildings and use intelligent optimization algorithm to optimize the construction period and cost.This paper conducts research on BIM-based prefabricated construction period-cost optimization.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.On the basis of literature research,BIM-based component-level prefabricated building measurement and pricing framework is constructed based on relevant regulations and standards.Use modular pricing rules to refine the prefabricated building model to the component level.Second,studying the data structure of the building information model.Then,on the basis of studying the relationship between the prefabricated components and the cost quota data,the Revit API is used to extract the prefabricated component engineering quantity.The prefabricated cost quota content is programmed into the pricing program,so that the engineering quantity is mapped with the price in the cost quota,and finally generate the comprehensive unit price of the prefabricated component.2.This paper constructs a construction time-cost optimization model based on BIM and NSGA-Ⅱ.Studying the relationship between construction period and direct cost and indirect cost,establish a construction time-cost function model,and then design a universal multi-objective optimization interface for the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm and implement it by programming,and provide a strategy for selecting results from multiple optimized results.3.Ombining BIM technology with a multi-objective optimization platform,the optimization results can be intuitively displayed through a visual interface and used to guide actual construction.4.An example is used to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the above research methods.The cost composition of the prefabricated building is refined,and the construction cost of the prefabricated building can be understood intuitively.The general NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm schedule-cost optimization interface is designed,and combined with BIM technology,the prefabricated building cost can be controlled and the construction period can be optimized. |
