Research On Financing Mode Of Large Civil Airport

Civil airport is an important basic industry of China’s economic development:closely related to tourism:logistics,transportation trade and other industries.As an important industry of national economy and social development and an advanced mode of transportation,China’s civil airport is growing with the development of the whole national economy.In the 13th five year plan for China’s civil aviation development,it is clear that "demand-oriented.reform and innovation driven,deregulation and service centered,and improvement of service support system and infrastructure as the breakthrough point,we should focus on supply side structural reform.We should ensure sustained securityaccelerate the improvement of public service and consumption.capacity,promote socialized,large-scale,information-based and standardized developm ent.and cultivate new economic growth points."For the development of China’s civil aviation at this stage,large civil airports are not only the core infrastructure of the transportation industry,but also an integral part of China’s comprehensive transport ation system With the rapid development of China’s economy and the rapid improvement of civil aviation industry,civil airports have gradually become an important international and regional transportation hub:in which the development of various upstream and downstream industrial chains led by civil airports is particularly prominent.Airport economy has gradually become a new engine of national development,effectively promoting regional coordinated development.This paper will be based on the domestic and foreign research,financing theory.comparative analysis,case analysis and other research methods.Firstly,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the financing modes of large-scale civil airports in the United States:Japan and the United Kingdom,and studies the characteristics of their financing modes and their reference points;secondly,it studies the attributes,main financing modes and existing problems of domestic large-scale civil airports;thirdly,it makes an in-depth analysis of the empirical cases of diversified financing modes of DX airports in China:finally,based on the national conditions,it draws lessons from domestic experience In order to provide reference for China’s subsequent development of civil airport construction with diversified financing mode,the financing mode suitable for China ’s airport construction is extracted from foreign experience.There are 5 figures,6 tables,34 references in this paper.
