Analysis On The Internationalization Strategy Of China State Shipbuilding Corporation

At present,the degree of globalization of the world economy continues to deepen,Chinese enterprises are actively implementing the national "going out" strategy,and strive to develop into a large enterprise group with international competitiveness.From the development experience of international famous transnational corporations,the active implementation of enterprise restructuring is an effective way for enterprises to rapidly improve their international competitiveness and achieve international development.November 2019,China State Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation completed corporate restructuring,and the new China State Shipbuilding Corporation(hereinafter referred to as "CSSC")was formally established.Facing the increasingly fierce competition environment in the international shipbuilding industry,as the leading enterprise in Chinese shipbuilding industry,the reorganized CSSC must welly utilize both domestic and foreign markets and resources,give play to their comparative advantages and enhance their international competitiveness.In this context,what kind of internationalization strategy CSSC adopt to achieve their own internationalization development is significant for the theoretical research of enterprise internationalization strategy,the exploration of the internationalization development of central enterprises and the guarantee of the sustainable and healthy development of Chinese shipbuilding industry.Based on the in-depth research of enterprise strategy theory,internationalization theory and related theories of enterprise reorganization,this paper briefly expounds the background and content of CSSC’s reorganization,the overall situation of CSSC’s reorganization after reorganization,the status quo of international operation and the problems faced by international development.From the perspective of enterprise restructuring,this paper focuses on the analysis of the relationship between enterprise restructuring and enterprise internationalization.Based on the perspective of transaction cost,this paper analyzes the impact of reorganization on the development of enterprise internationalization.Taking enterprise restructuring as an important line of research and analysis,it provides new ideas for the development direction of CSSC’s internationalization and the formulation of international strategy.CSSC’s external macro environment PEST model is established and the internationalized development environment of SWOT matrix analysis model,for CSSC to carry out the strategy of internationalization of external political,economic,social,technological environment and the internationalization of enterprises of their own advantages,weaknesses,opportunities and threat(challenge)system is analyzed and discussed,combining with the experience of internationalization development of shipbuilding industry abroad for CSSC’s future internationalization strategy formulation and implementation provides reference and basis,finally put forward CSSC’s international strategy system construction and the main measures.
