| As an important part of building a modern and high-quality national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network,high-speed railway can fully meet the travel needs of passengers,effectively shorten the space-time distance between cities,drive the development of regional economy,and promote the harmonious coexistence of society and natural environment.It is an important part of "becoming a transportation power" strategy of China.With the rapid development of economy,there are more and more modes of transportation for passengers to choose,and high-speed railway is facing more and more competitive pressure.In terms of operation and management,the existing fixed and single pricing mechanism of the railway has been unable to give full play to the social utility of high-speed railway,and can not meet the requirements of the coordinated promotion of the benefits of various subjects in the transportation complex system.Therefore,it is necessary to study the multi seat time-sharing pricing strategy for high-speed railway.The research contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly,this paper constructs the theoretical framework of high-speed railway multi seat time-sharing pricing strategy,summarizes the characteristics,value attributes and influencing factors of the high-speed railway transportation price in China,analyzes pricing methods and the existing problems of the high-speed railway.Taking the travel behavior of passengers as the research object,this paper studies the heterogeneity of passengers and the influencing factors of travel,summarizes the main characteristics of transportation composite system,cumulative prospect theory and coupling coordination theory.Secondly,based on the analysis of high-speed railway passenger market,combined with the characteristics of passengers,the density clustering method is selected to segment the passenger market.Based on the cumulative prospect theory,this paper constructs a passenger multiple decision-making model considering time utility,economic utility and comfort utility.Based on the model requirements,a questionnaire was designed to verify the accuracy of the model.Then,focusing on the formulation of multi seat time-sharing pricing strategy of high-speed railway,the selection principle of coupling coordination theory index is elaborated.Taking the main body of transportation complex system as the classification standard,the transportation benefit,economic benefit and environmental benefit as the index,the multi seat time-sharing pricing model of high-speed railway with the maximum coupling coordination scheduling of transportation complex system as the goal is constructed.The bat algorithm based on Halton sequence is designed to solve the problem.Finally,taking the high-speed railway running in the Beijing Tianjin Intercity corridor as an example,this paper proposes a multi seat time-sharing pricing scheme for high-speed railway under the competitive environment.The results show that: after the implementation of the multi seat time-sharing pricing strategy,the coupling coordination degree of the transportation complex system in peak,medium and low peak periods is increased by 3.21%,6.43% and 10.62% respectively.Combined with the actual situation,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the problems that may be encountered in the implementation of the multi seat time-sharing pricing strategy of Beijing-Tianjin intercity high-speed railway. |
