Optimization Of Remedy Scheme For Air-Rail Intermodal Transport Failure Considering Different Cost-Sharing Mechanisms | | Posted on:2022-02-15 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:S H Li | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2492306563462754 | Subject:Traffic and Transportation Engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Air rail transport can fully combine the advantages of railway and air transport,and effectively expand the reach range of both,which has become one of the key issues in the field of transportation in recent years.There are many links between air and rail transportation,which increases the possibility of "failure" of products,and additional costs must be paid to remedy them.How to bear this part of the cost reasonably is relatively few in both research and practice.Therefore,under different cost bearing mechanisms,how to optimize the corresponding remedial measures and the impact mechanism of various cost bearing mechanisms on the remedial measures become an important problem to be solved in the study of air-rail intermodal transport.This paper focuses on the problem of the continuity failure caused by flight delay and train delay.Based on the characteristics and regulations of the existing carriers in abnormal transportation events,the paper further analyzes the characteristics of the air rail transportation products’ remedy plan and puts forward the corresponding remedy strategies.The cost of remedial measures in different scenarios is analyzed in detail from different perspectives.The cost sharing mechanism of passengers,airlines and railway departments involved in air-to-rail transport in different scenarios is studied further.The typical cost bearing mechanism combination scenarios are proposed.The complexity of the scenarios of passenger connection failure in air-to-rail transport is analyzed,the factors determining the remediation plan for the passengers are defined,and a multi-objective linear integer programming model with the minimum total cost of recovery is established.The passenger considers the cost of passenger payment and time loss,The enterprise perspective is the net cost of enterprise expenditure and enterprise income in the comprehensive remediation plan.Based on the single day air rail joint up at Zhengding airport of Shijiazhuang,the simulation scenario of the failure of air to air rail and rail to air connection is designed.The recovery strategy,remedial cost and three-party transportation undertaking mechanism in the previous research conclusions are applied to generate the alternative set of passenger remedy schemes,and solve the passenger remedy schemes and the cost of each party under multiple bearing mechanisms.The optimal solution under single objective is compared by using the idea of "control variable",in order to analyze the influencing factors of different bearing mechanisms,and give the decision suggestions of the internal undertaking mechanism and the bearing mechanism applicable to different types of passengers based on this case.Finally,the passenger remedy scheme of balanced cost is solved under the balanced multi-objective item,and the optimization results are analyzed. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | HSR-air, Connection failure, Remedial cost, Cost bearing mechanism, Multiobjective integer programming | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
