With the rapid development of my country’s transportation industry,container multimodal transportation has gradually become an important method of cargo transportation in my country,and sea-rail combined transportation is the focus of the development of container multimodal transportation.In recent years,the national level has promulgated a number of policies and measures to promote the development of sea-rail combined transport,continuously promoting the development of my country’s sea-rail combined transport practice.In this context,this article has carried out a research on the optimization of "yard-rail" operation scheduling under the container sea-rail joint yard.Analyzed the functional area layout and operation handover mode of the container terminal sea-rail intermodal transportation system.The method of system simulation is used to define the main operating sections and important facilities and equipment in the process of sea-rail combined transportation.Construct models and design algorithms to optimize its job scheduling.Improve the operation level of the“yard-railway” of the sea-rail intermodal transportation system by optimizing the operation scheduling plan of key equipment resources.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,introduce the relevant concepts and basic theories of the container sea-rail intermodal transportation system,and focus on the analysis of the current container sea-rail intermodal transportation operations involved in the infrastructure,operation resources and the functional area layout of the port.Then,aiming at three typical container sea-rail intermodal transfer modes,the layout form,operation flow,logic flow,advantages and disadvantages of the three modes were explained respectively,and on this basis,a simulation model was designed for container sea-rail intermodal transportation.System simulation experiments are carried out,and the research mode is determined to be the common yard handover mode,the main operation section of the study is the "yard-rail" operation section,and the main equipment studied is the track gantry crane,yard crane and truck.(2)Based on the analysis of the two box flow characteristics of loading and unloading,a detailed analysis of the loading and unloading process of "Yard-Railway" under single-cycle trains is carried out.Four container loading and unloading tasks from the public yard to the train loading and unloading line are considered to realize the detailed analysis of the container loading and unloading process of "yard crane-truck-rail door crane".The specific direction of container reloading from the public yard to the operation section of the train loading and unloading line and the operation of the equipment are clarified.(3)On the basis of focusing on the operation characteristics of the common yard handover mode of the container terminal and the detailed operation process of the "yard-railway" operation section under the task of loading and unloading containers,the shortest total container operation time and the total idle time of facilities and equipment are taken as objective function.Considering the equipment connection constraints,time constraints,and dispatching rules constraints from the storage yard to the railway operation,a "yard crane-truck-rail door crane" loading and unloading synchronization operation scheduling model was constructed.Realize the optimal operation scheduling of "yard crane-truck-rail gantry crane" in the common yard mode.(4)Based on the analysis of the nature of the problem to be solved and the characteristics of the model,an improved genetic algorithm was designed to solve the problem for the "yard crane-truck-railway door crane" operation scheduling model in the common yard handover mode.Aiming at the case of container loading and unloading in the synchronous operation mode of loading and unloading of "yard crane-truck-railway door crane" and the case of container loading and unloading in the operation mode of unloading before loading,the comparative analysis of the operation sequence before and after the algorithm optimization and the two operation modes,the comparative analysis of the iterative results of the container loading and unloading calculation examples obtained and verified the feasibility of the algorithm and the pros and cons of the two operation modes under the co-yard handover mode.The calculation results of the calculation examples can effectively prove that the "yard crane-truck-railway door crane" loading and unloading operation scheduling model and related algorithms can effectively optimize the operation scheduling strategy of the container terminal sea-rail combined transportation operation equipment,and the loading and unloading synchronization operation mode is earlier than unloading after-loading operation mode has more advantages in operation time and optimizable space.
