| After entering the new era,China economic development is changing rapidly,the urbanization process is accelerating,and the rail transit industry has entered a period of rapid development.With the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving and large capacity,urban rail trains have gradually become the preferred means of transportation for urban residents in daily travel,and the safe operation of trains has become increasingly important.Generally,the safe operation of urban rail trains is guaranteed by ATP(Automatic Train Protection).In recent years,during the actual operation of trains operated by subway companies,more and more safety accidents are caused due to the removal of ATP system,resulting in certain economic losses and casualties.Therefore,it is difficult to guarantee the safe operation of urban rail trains only by the existing train-ground communication.This thesis studies and designs a dynamic anti-collision system for urban rail trains independent of ATP system.Firstly,by analyzing the design requirements of the system,the key technologies of the system application are studied,and the overall scheme of the dynamic anti-collision system of urban rail trains is proposed.Then,the hardware and software of the overall scheme of the system are designed.The hardware part of the system mainly includes the modular circuit design of the Host Unit,the Ranging Unit and the anti-collision warning.The circuit design of the power isolation and conversion module,the signal input module,the core master control module,the communication module,the recording module,the emergency braking module,the ranging module and the sound and light alarm module of the system is described in detail.The software part of the system describes in detail the design of two-level warning distance,software filtering algorithm and program logic design.In this thesis,the ranging technology of the dynamic collision avoidance system of urban rail trains is studied.Through the comparative analysis of the traditional ranging technology,the UWB(Ultra Wide Band)technology based on the Double-sided Two-way ranging algorithm of TOF(Time of Flight)is selected,and the main factors causing the UWB ranging error are analyzed.The ranging distance of the system designed in this thesis can reach 1000 m,which can be well applied to ensure the safe operation of urban rail trains after the ATP system is removed.Finally,the functional test of the dynamic anti-collision system of urban rail trains is carried out.Through the functional test of the Ranging Unit and the Host Unit and the system on the test line,the effectiveness of the dynamic anti-collision system of urban rail trains designed in this thesis is verified,which provides an effective reference for the design of the subsequent anti-collision warning system of urban rail train. |
