The train communication network is a data communication network for various intelligent on-board device to transmit information on the train.It is the basis for the entire train to realize information sharing,control functions,monitoring and diagnosis.If the train communication network fails,it will pose a serious threat to the safe operation of the train.At present,a common method for evaluating the health status of train communication networks is to use a portable protocol analysis device to collect MVB network physical waveforms and transmit them to the host computer for data analysis and health evaluation.However,this method can only collect and analyze the data when the train is in the overhaul phase,and cannot perform online monitoring of the network health status when the train is in operation.Therefore,it is of great significance for improving the safety and reliability while the train is in motion and realizing Condition-Based Maintenance to carry out the research on on-line health monitoring system of train communication network and realize online mastering the health status information of train communication network.Through the research of online health monitoring system of train communication network,based on the health diagnosis device,the online analysis of MVB bus physical waveform data and the online evaluation process of MVB network health status are carried out.The main achievements of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,through the research and analysis of MVB bus communication protocol,the method of data frame decoding is designed to realize waveform splitting and device identification.Based on the different characteristics of waveform data characters,the realization process of character extraction is completed.Secondly,research and analysis on the principle and characteristics of TOPSIS algorithm,a method of MVB network node health assessment based on TOPSIS algorithm is proposed.According to the basic principle of the priority graph method,a method to determine the weight of each node in MVB network by using the priority graph method is proposed.Combined with online evaluation method and node weight calculation method,MVB network health status online evaluation function is realized.Thirdly,TCP communication protocol is adopted to formulate the data communication protocol of train health assessment.Socket communication is used to realize the functions of establishing communication connection,data transmission,data receiving and saving through wireless transmission,so that the network status data and the health assessment results stored in the health diagnosis device can be sent to the data receiving end through wireless transmission.Finally,the experimental platform is built,and the function test of the online health monitoring system for train communication network is completed,which includes three parts: data analysis function,network health status online evaluation function,data transmission function.The running time of each function program of the online health monitoring system and the running time of the system when multiple waveform data files are executed continuously are counted.
