In recent years,container transportation has entered a stage of rapid development.The increasing demand for container transportation has brought great challenges to the port collection and distribution system,and the highway collection and distribution system,as an important part of it,restricts the port collection and distribution system.The key to the efficient and intensive development of the distribution system.For a long time,the opacity of port freight market information has made it impossible for the cargo resources owned by cargo owners and the transportation resources owned by transportation companies to achieve effective coordination and reasonable dispatch,which greatly wastes logistics resources and causes traffic congestion,air pollution,etc.A series of social problems have affected the further development of the port and highway collection and distribution system.Therefore,promoting the further optimization of the highway collection and decentralization port system has become an inevitable trend for the efficient development of future ports.This article is based on this as the starting point,intends to integrate the resources of the port’s existing collection and distribution capacity market,starting from the problem of the collection and distribution of container roads between the port and the cities within its surrounding radiation range,and establish a container port with unified dispatch management.The highway collection and distribution network is based on the use of the basic theories of the vehicle routing problem,and comprehensively considers the optimal scheduling plan for the integration of container highway collection and distribution port.The paper mainly did the following work:(1)Firstly,This article analyzes the current situation of the collection and decentralization of containers on the highway between the port and the surrounding hinterland cities.Based on the research and summary of the existing literature at home and abroad,the research direction of this article is proposed;then,the relevant theories and theories of the vehicle routing problem are discussed.The theory of integrated optimization is elaborated.On this basis,the integrated idea of the optimization of the road collection and decentralization between the port and hinterland cities studied in this paper is summarized,for the later study of the container between the port and the surrounding hinterland cities.The problem of highway gathering and dispersing ports provides a theoretical basis.(2)Aiming at the optimization problem of highway gathering and dispersing port scheme studied in this paper,the paper analyzes in detail the process of the container highway gathering and dispersing port between the port and its surrounding hinterland cities,and constructs a network diagram of the highway gathering and dispersing port problem based on the Vehicle routing problem theory.Combined with the idea of integrated optimization,the goal is to minimize the total transportation cost and maximize the container volume per vehicle kilometer to establish a dual-objective scheduling optimization model for the integration of container highways and ports.(3)A multi-objective ant colony system algorithm is designed to solve the model.According to the characteristics of the research problem,the city node is divided into several virtual nodes.At the same time,the greedy search mechanism and taboo table are embedded in the ant colony system algorithm to obtain the Pareto of the optimized target.Solution set.(4)Taking Shanghai Port as an example,the multi-objective ant colony system algorithm is used to solve the optimization model to obtain an integrated optimal dispatching plan of highway collection and decentralization,and combine the characteristics of the vehicle routing problem problem to optimize the plan The analysis is carried out to verify the correctness of the model and algorithm.
