| Space rendezvous and docking(RVD)is an important technology in the process of spacecraft docking.In the semi physical and all physical simulation and part test test of rendezvous and docking,it is necessary to verify the ground simulation experiment of the motion process of the docking of the spacecraft,in which the docking simulation experiment platform is very important,and the design of the scheme is reasonable.Sex and precision control are important guarantee for spacecraft docking.In this paper,the nine degrees of freedom is used to build the docking simulation experimental platform,and the error of the nine DOF motion simulation system is distributed,and the system assembly and precision calibration are carried out according to the distribution results,and it has some practical significance in the space rendezvous and docking technology.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,according to the actual requirements,the key indexes are determined.The overall structure of the system is designed with nine degrees of freedom five plus four.The overall structure is divided into linear motion system and turntable motion system,and the system structure is designed to meet the needs of the structure.Secondly,according to the design plan,the structure of the subsystem is designed,mainly including the shafting design of the revolving part and the design of three axial translational structures.Then,the finite element analysis of the basic structure is carried out,including two turntable,Y guide rail support and cast iron platform.The needle is respectively set up the finite element model for different parts.According to its function,the structure and the force are analyzed.The shape variables are obtained.The tetrahedral element is used to divide the grid,and the local encryption is used.Multi point constraint is used to establish rigid connection between assemblies.Finally,according to the results of the finite element analysis,the nine degree of freedom motion simulation system is assembled,and the position and posture relation between the two turntable and the turntable coordinate system is calibrated by a specific device.The calibration results meet the key indexes of the rotation part and the translational part. |
