In large rotating machinery transmission system,the performance of the rotating parts and security plays an important role,so the parameters of rotating parts,such as stress,strain,torque,vibration state of online testing,can detect the environment on the strength of the rotating components of the system operation,the influence of the performance,life,safety,etc.In the wind turbine,the strain parameters of the rotating parts of the gearbox can be measured,which can effectively evaluate its operating state,so as to prolong its service life.After an in-depth analysis of the test signal transmission technology of rotating parts,this paper studies and designs a wireless transmission system for test signals of rotating parts based on FPGA in view of the shortcomings of the existing contact test signal transmission technology and combined with the technical requirements of the test signal transmission of rotating parts.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,in view of the problems of contact data transmission,a non-contact data transmission scheme is proposed.After that,by analyzing several non-contact data transmission principles and transmission performance,the infrared wireless data transmission method that is fast and highly reliable is selected.Furthermore,an overall scheme of infrared wireless data transmission for strain testing of rotating parts is constructed;according to the requirements of optical signal transmission design,the performance of the three optical modulation methods is analyzed and compared,and a pulse position modulation(PPM)optical system is proposed.The modulation method improves the average power utilization rate of optical transmission.Secondly,the encoding theory of PPM and the principle of bit synchronization and frame synchronization in the communication system are discussed in detail.The realization method of PPM modulation and demodulation system based on FPGA is given by using the characteristics of rich programmable device resources and flexible construction of digital circuit.Considering that there are many data interference problems in the process of infrared photoelectric transmission,CRC check is selected and written to control the error,which improves the reliability of infrared data transmission.Thirdly,according to the rotating test system requirements,design the related hardware circuit and strain test platform,this paper introduces the function and working principle of the hardware circuit,build the infrared communication link design satisfies the requirement of this subject,to improve the infrared wireless data transmission,the received data by FPGA UART to the PC,The serial communication between FPGA and PC is realized.Finally,the wireless data monitoring interface of the rotating part test signal of the upper computer is programmed with Matlab.The interface can realize the function of data cache and real-time display of data waveform.A series of test experiments on reliability and communication performance of the whole system are carried out,and compared with the slip ring test experiment of wired system,it is verified that the system can realize the test and transmission of strain data,thus avoiding various disadvantages brought by wired data transmission.
