Urban rail transit,as an important facility to relieve the traffic pressure of the city,has the advantages of efficiency,punctuality,energy conservation and high capacity.With increasing of the mileage of urban rail transit,how to ensure the safety of subway trains has been a hot scientific topic for researchers.Subway train door,as the key equipment of the train,is the equipment with the highest fault rate in subway.The research on subway train door fault diagnosis has significance in ensuring the safety of subway.Subway train door faults have the characteristics of potential,propagation and fuzziness.The existing fault diagnosis methods focus on using sensor technology to identify the potential faults of parts.But they ignore the analysis of massive fault knowledge data and the research on fuzzy characteristics of faults.This thesis proposes a Spherical Fuzzy Petri Nets(SFPN)method for subway train door fault diagnosis,in the base of considering the fuzzy characteristics of the fault and using lots of fault knowledge in the maintenance records.The SFPN method can provide auxiliary decision support for daily maintenance of subway,and has theoretical value and engineering practical significance.The specific thesis contents are as follows.(1)The thesis studies the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA)of subway train door system.The principle of FMEA is clarified.And the process of FMEA is formulated.The structure and principle of subway train door system to obtain basic fault data are investigated.According to the FMEA method,the thesis sorts out the failure modes,failure causes,failure effects and improvement measures of subway train door system.Besides,the FMEA analysis table of subway train door system is compiled.(2)According to the characteristics of the fault of subway train door system,the thesis improves the Petri Nets theory with the method of Spherical Fuzzy Sets,and proposes SFPN method.The existing fault diagnosis methods are poor at dealing with multi-source heterogeneous data and describing the fuzziness of the fault of subway train door.So,the thesis proposes SFPN method by combining the Spherical Fuzzy Sets with Petri Nets,and designs the solution algorithm of SFPN.The diagnosis model based on SFPN can express fault information more clearly and accurately.(3)The fault diagnosis model of subway train door system based on SFPN is constructed.On the basis of FMEA of subway train door system,a fault diagnosis model of subway train door system based on SFPN is constructed.The thesis reasons the model of the fault of subway train door system with the method of SFPN.This model can assess the state of subway train door system,identify the potential fault,and output the priority investigation scheme of the possible fault sources.At the same time,the correctness and effectiveness of SFPN method are verified by an actual example of the fault of opening the subway train door.(4)The subway train door fault diagnosis system is designed.The thesis analyzes and sorts the demand of subway operating units for fault diagnosis system.According to the system demands,the thesis designs the structure framework of the fault diagnosis system.The visual interface of subway train door fault diagnosis system is built by programming with C#.The system can help the maintenance workers know the state of the subway train door.It can find the source of the fault quickly and accurately when the fault occurs,and provide auxiliary decision-making for the subway train maintenance.
