Railway container transportation has the characteristics of high efficiency,convenience,economy,safety and reliability.It is an important direction for the development of railway freight transportation.Accelerating its development is an important measure to give full play to the advantages of railways.The railway container terminal is a key node of railway container transportation,and its operational organization efficiency will directly affect the punctuality of arriving,sending or transferring containers,and then affect the entire container transportation process.The main storage yard and rail-mounted gantry crane are the main storage resources and handling equipment resources of the railway container terminal.Their utilization efficiency will directly affect the production and operation efficiency of the terminal.Based on this,this article takes the main yard and rail-mounted gantry crane in the terminal as the research object,and on the basis of fully considering the impact of the container arrival-departure time window on the operation,it focuses on the main yard slot allocation and handling scheduling optimization problems.Realize the optimization of container slot allocation and rail-mounted gantry crane operation sequence.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)The paper introduces the main functions,divisions,and operating equipment of the railway container terminal,and analyzes the key factors affecting the handling operations of the terminal.An optimization system for terminal handling operation scheduling considering the container arrival-departure time window was constructed.(2)Based on the forecast data of the arrival and departure containers within the planned time period,the optimization goal is to minimize the number of overlapped containers,the shell level difference,and the departure time difference generated after the container position is allocated,and the arrival and departure time of each container is the main objective.Constraints,a yard slot allocation model considering the container arrival-departure time window is established to achieve the balance of the container volume in different blocks,and a heuristic algorithm is designed to solve it.(3)For the operation mode of rail-mounted gantry crane with multiple operation lines,flexible operation range,and handling synchronization,the deviation between the dispatching plan and the container arrival-departure time window is defined as the planned offset value,with the minimum offset value as the goal.The main constraints are the arrival and departure time of the container,the operation sequence requirements between specific tasks,and the safety distance between different rail-mounted gantry crane.An optimization model for the handling operation scheduling considering the container’s arrival-departure time window is established,and a particle swarm algorithm is designed to solve the model.(4)The validity of the slot allocation model and the optimization model of handling operation scheduling are verified by calculation examples.First,solve the slot allocation model and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the slot allocation schemes under different constraints.Then,use the solution result of the slot allocation model as the input of the scheduling optimization model to compare the differences in the scheduling schemes under different optimization goals.Finally,the sensitivity analysis of slot allocation to handling operation scheduling is carried out.This article considers the impact of the container arrival-departure time window on actual operations and conducts research on the optimization of railway container terminal operations,which can provide theoretical and methodological support for the actual operation of the terminal,which has important practical significance.
