Power shift transmission is one of the core parts of tractor transmission system,so PST controller needs to meet the requirements of high reliability and low failure rate.Before putting into use,the controller needs to carry out a lot of tests.This paper studies the fault detection and test sequence optimization method of the power shift gearbox controller.Based on the hardware in loop HIL platform,the power shift controller fault detection system is developed.This thesis analyzes the controller test requirements,determines the function of the controller fault detection system,designs the overall scheme of the fault detection system of the power shift controller,completes the hardware selection of HIL test platform of the power shift controller,designs and develops the power level load box,and verifies the safety of the load box through the test.The model of power shift gearbox is established by AMESim.Based on veristand and Lab VIEW,the software of upper computer of fault detection system is developed,and the power level HIL test of power shift controller is realized.Based on the neural network,the fault detection algorithm of power shift controller is studied,the principle of LVQ neural network fault detection is analyzed,and the sensitivity of initial weight of LVQ neural network is improved.The model of MEA LVQ and PSO LVQ neural network is constructed by combining MEA and pso-lvq neural network,and then the test data of power shift controller is used for training.The optimized mea LVQ neural network and PSO LVQ neural network are used in the verification of test set respectively.The test results show that the fault detection method based on MEA LVQ neural network is better for the fault detection of power shift controller.This thesis analyzes the design method of test case,designs the test case of power shift controller,studies the optimization generation method of test sequence,applies genetic algorithm and combination algorithm to the optimization of test sequence,optimizes the generation of test sequence and makes comparative analysis.The test sequence is used to realize the partial automatic test of power shift controller.The vibration model of the power shift controller is established by using the calibration software to calibrate the signals of the fault detection system of the power shift controller.The vibration simulation and vibration test of the controller are completed.The simulation and test results analysis results show that the dangerous vulnerable frequency of the controller is obtained.The data collected from the controller after the dangerous vulnerable frequency is used for the training and verification of the fault detection algorithm.The power shift,fault injection and detection of the fault detection system of the power shift controller are completed,and the functions of the fault detection system of the power controller are verified.
