In today’s big data era,data fusion technology plays an extremely important role in various industries.In the traffic field,due to the objective cost considerations and data maintenance capacity considerations,only a few important road network nodes,road network section traffic data collection,resulting in a certain impact on the overall road network control capacity,and solving this problem is the greatest significance of traffic data fusion.Using multi-source data collection technology and traffic big data fusion technology,people can make scientific and reasonable calculation of the missing traffic parameters in no detector section or no detector intersection area,and it can provide a large number of reliable data support for the subsequent research of intelligent traffic-related fields such as traffic sub-district dynamic division research,traffic signal coordination and joint control research,and regional correlation analysis of actors,so as to improve the overall control and control ability of the road network.In this paper,the operating track of Didi vehicles in Chengdu on November20,2018,will be studied in the following four aspects:Firstly,we should analyze and integrate the collected data sets according to the needs of subsequent research,and finally form a set of road network data sets with full attributes,a set of simulated vehicle ultra-low frequency trajectory data sets and other auxiliary data sets.Secondly,the candidate matching roads need be selected for the simulated ultra-low frequency data points.Then the minimum cost maximum flow model algorithm of graph theory is used to solve the reconstruction result of the vehicle full track chain and the matching result of the final matching road of the track point.The original high frequency data set is used to evaluate the trajectory reconstruction results.According to the evaluation results,the trajectory reconstruction method is considered to be effective.Thirdly,based on the results of the final matching work,the average speed of the section can be calculated by section slicing analysis and velocity step analysis,Based on this,the traffic flow theory is used to calculate the road flow.Then,the average speed calculation results and the road flow calculation results are evaluated with various data.The results show that the method is feasible and the evaluation effect is ideal.Finally,the intersection steering flow calculation model is constructed according to the section flow,and the self-calculated flow data related to a selected intersection is taken as an example into the intersection steering ratio calculation model,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem many times.
