| The force-measuring wheel set is the most direct method to obtain the actual track load during locomotive operation.HXD3 plays a pivotal role in my country’s freight routes.In response to the problems in its daily maintenance,this paper has carried out the development of the HXD3 locomotive force measurement wheelset,and carried out the line dynamic stress measurement test,compiled the measured load spectrum and the relevant section stress spectrum,and carried out related application analysis based on this,the specific content as follows:(1)Development of the force measuring wheel set: The stress of the axle section under different working conditions was calculated using the EN13103-2017 standard,and the key section of the axle patch and the appropriate vertical load identification point on the axle were determined.Use ANSYS finite element simulation to select appropriate lateral load identification points on the wheel spokes.Determine the patch and wiring plan,and complete the development of the force measuring wheel set.(2)Obtaining the load transfer coefficient and analyzing the measured signal: Use the quasi-static identification method and finite element software to calibrate the force measuring wheel set to obtain the vertical load transfer coefficient and the lateral load transfer coefficient.Carry out the actual measurement test of the line dynamic stress,and carry out relevant analysis and processing of the measured time domain data.(3)Compilation of load spectrum and stress spectrum: The vertical load spectrum and bending moment stress spectrum are compiled using the rain flow counting method.Use MATLAB programming method to compile transverse load spectrum.And the difference in amplitude of vertical load between one wheel set and four wheel set is studied.Using the Miner linear fatigue cumulative damage law,the damage life of each section is calculated.(4)Calculation of fretting wear in the wheel seat area: The influence of axle design parameters on the stress values of the wheel seat mating surface is studied.Based on the energy consumption method,using the ABAQUS finite element software to conduct a preliminary calculation of the fretting wear of the wheel seat under the measured vertical load on the line,the wear of the one wheel set and the four wheel set is obtained.(5)Load spectrum fitting extrapolation and preparation of bench test spectrum: Based on the actual measured load,different probability distribution functions are used to fit and extrapolate to obtain the load spectrum under 10^7 cycles.Based on the principle of equal damage and Conover coefficient,a three-level bench test spectrum was compiled to verify the growth behavior of fretting cracks in the existing axles for subsequent bench testing,and the initiation of fretting cracks in the wheel seat area under the improved structure Lay the foundation. |
