In recent years,electric vehicles gradually replace fuel vehicles.With the significant increase in the proportion of various types of electric vehicles in the transportation system and the rapid development of high-speed railways in China,the trend of integration of transportation systems and power systems has gradually accelerated.The traffic energy system based on information technology is gradually taking shape.By guiding the charging and discharging behavior of different types of electric vehicles and using the differences of electric vehicles to achieve flexible dispatching,it can effectively solve the problems of insufficient flexibility in terms of wind and solar consumption,random changes in the power grid and load,and can effectively improve users participation,reduce energy costs,promote the development of the traffic energy system,and achieve the matching and balance between the energy demand of the traffic energy system and the power of different types of vehicles.The specific work are as follows:Firstly,the traffic energy system architecture is improved by analyzing the characteristics of the traffic energy system.Then,the differences in the behavior characteristics of various types of electric vehicles are analyzed,and the optimal dispatching model of electric vehicles considering the differences in behavior characteristics is established.The dynamic road network model integrating the traffic index proposed in the model is solved and analyzed,and then a vehicle dispatching framework considering the difference in behavior characteristics is constructed to support the subsequent dispatching of different types of vehicles.Secondly,the differentiated behavior characteristics of private electric cars and electric taxis are described by the travel chain and the empty-loading ratio respectively,and a charging dispatching strategy of electric vehicle considering the behavior characteristics difference is proposed in order to achieve the system energy demand including solar and wind power consumption,lowering the peak-valley difference.At the same time,the influence of the cross-areal dispatching of electric taxis and the differentiated dispatching of private electric cars and electric taxis on the optimization results is analyzed,which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.Finally,using the schedule of electric bus to describe its behavior characteristic which are controllable,plannable,and fixed-line,a dispatching strategy of electric bus participating in vehicle-to-grid considering the time-of-use price is proposed in order to reduce the load fluctuation caused by the fast charging and reduce the charging cost.Then,an emergency power supply dispatching strategy for electric buses participating in vehicle-to-grid considering the continuous power supply of important loads is proposed when an emergency power shortage occurs in the system.Finally,an example is used to verify the effectiveness of the charging strategy and the emergency power supply strategy.
