| With the continuous improvement of living standards,the requirements for the timeliness and safety of logistics are also increasing,and the palletized unit implants have gradually become an indispensable logistics equipment in the transportation of goods.Various palletized unit implants are widely used in the transportation of goods,which have played an important role in the improvement of transportation efficiency and the efficiency of loading and unloading,and the reduction of production and operation costs of logistics enterprises.At the same time,the consumption power of residents continues to increase,and people’s demand for automobiles has increased significantly,which has strongly promoted the development of the auto parts transportation industry.Due to the high value of auto parts,special palletized unit implants are required for transportation,and palletized unit implants are generally only recycled within the industry.At present,there are more researches on the recycling and sharing of palletized unit implants in the railway field,and less research on the transportation of auto parts.The main contents of this thesis include:(1)The theory and current situation of auto parts transportation is analyzed.The significance of using palletized unit implants in the process of auto parts transportation is explained.The main links in the auto parts transportation for the finalized research is explained,and the types of palletized unit implant used in the process of auto parts transportation is introduced.The basic theories of the existing palletized unit implants sharing mode and less than truck load(LTL)transportation is analyzed.The way of selling and renting as the container equipment sharing system for the transportation of auto parts is chosen.The reasons and characteristics of the container equipment transportation,the factors that need to be considered in the dispatch is analyzed.(2)According to the proposed common system for palletized unit implants,the problem of palletized unit implants dispatching is analyzed.The basic model and the model under LTL transportation of palletized unit implants dispatching optimization are constructed with the goal of minimizing the total dispatching cost and the constraints of dispatching demand and dispatching time.(3)Through the analysis of the model and the comparison with particle swarm optimization algorithm and beetle antennae search algorithm,an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based beetle antennae search algorithm is designed.The effectiveness of the model and the algorithm is verified through the analysis of examples.The optimization model of palletized unit implants transportation can save transportation costs more.(4)The current situation and real data of palletized unit implants used in the transportation of parts of Y logistics company is taken as a case.The mathematical model and algorithm of this thesis are used to optimize the dispatching plan,and the sensitivity of the optimization model of container dispatching under LTL transportation to transfer costs and lease costs is analyzed.This thesis has a certain reference value for the recycling of palletized unit implants in the auto parts transportation industry,which provides a more suitable recycling sharing model and a more targeted dispatching model for the auto parts transportation industry. |
