In the traditional heating mode,coal is often used for heating,which will cause serious environmental pollution problems.Therefore,the energy scheme in this article supplies power to the air-source heat pump of the power supply system based on solar power,which improves energy efficiency while reducing environmental pollution.As the efficiency of photovoltaic output is affected by the environment,in order to improve the reliability of power supply,a photovoltaic power generation system with energy storage devices and city electricity to supply power for ultra-low temperature air source heat pumps is used.First,considering the factors of photovoltaic output efficiency,battery capacity and time-of-use electricity price,a photovoltaic power-based control matrix including charging switch,photovoltaic module,charging module,rectifier module,mains module,battery module,and power supply switch,Load and corresponding power distribution switch are proposed,each switch control rule and corresponding logic operation circuit to coordinate the power distribution method among photovoltaic,storage battery and mains power to complete the optimization of the power supply system.The research content of this paper is as follows:In the first part,the ultra-low temperature air source heat pump that works with air is used as the heating equipment and the design of the heating system is completed.In order to ensure the stable operation of heating equipment,an ultra-low temperature air source heat pump dynamic monitoring system composed of upper computer software,lower computer PLC and air source heat pump interface control system are designed in this paper.In the second part,the power supply system and corresponding control system in the energy scheme are designed.Among them,the control system guarantees the stable operation of the energy storage device,photovoltaic and mains and the switching of the working mode of the power supply system through the gate drive circuit,the PWM circuit,the current regulator,the MPPT controller and the voltage regulator.The foundation for optimizing the operation of the system is laid.In the third part,a method to realize the reasonable distribution of power between photovoltaic,storage battery,and mains through switch-related control rules and logic operation circuits,and to optimize the power supply system with the goal of economy in this article is proposed.And through the control switch and the control system in the power supply system to establish a connection to complete the optimization process.In the fourth part,combined with the actual situation of the F area of Northeast Logistics City,the design of the actual application of the energy scheme is completed and the calculation examples are analyzed.According to the environmental conditions of the F area of Northeast Logistics City,taking into account the photovoltaic output and time-of-use electricity prices,through experiments,the actual application of the energy solution in the F area of Northeast Logistics City is simulated,and the result of the simulation is compared from the perspective of economy and energy.
