As an important communication method,power line communication has a high development potential due to its widely distributed low-cost advantages.Therefore,based on the actual needs of smart grids,the development of multi-carrier medium with good communication performance and reliability The piezoelectric power line communication system is of great significance.First,through the measurement and analysis of the medium voltage power line channel characteristics,the impedance characteristics,noise characteristics and attenuation characteristics of the power line channels are analyzed and classified.In addition,combined with the principles and applicability analysis of communication technologies such as narrowband communication,spread spectrum communication,and orthogonal frequency division multiplexing,OFDM was selected as the main technical solution for medium voltage power line communication in a targeted manner.Secondly,combined with the actual application scenarios,combined with the characteristics of medium voltage power line noise,impedance,attenuation uncertainty and instability,the SM2400 carrier communication chip is selected as the core carrier chip to complete the overall design of the multi-carrier medium voltage power line communication host.The specific power module unit,CPU main control unit,carrier communication unit,remote communication unit,local debugging unit,RAM cache expansion unit and other functional modules complete the corresponding structure and function design.Afterwards,complete the corresponding software and hardware design according to the system module settings.In terms of hardware,the focus is on the SM2400 carrier chip to complete the carrier communication-related circuit design.The designed signal transceiver circuit has good filtering capabilities and can prevent channel noise and pulse signals from interfering with the equipment,and has excellent system stability and reliability.In terms of software,combined with the duplex and real-time requirements of the multi-carrier medium-voltage power line communication system,a multi-carrier ad hoc network communication strategy,multi-carrier software application strategy,remote communication method selection and application strategy,and remote online bootloader upgrade strategy are designed.Meet the requirements of system applications and effectively guarantee the security and reliability of data communication.Finally,after field testing,the designed multi-carrier medium-voltage power line communication system has good anti-intersymbol interference and multi-path interference capabilities under high transmission rate conditions,and can normally complete the predetermined information transmission function to meet the requirements of medium-voltage power line communication.The requirements of the application in the system.
